Fab vivs
Bought a glass sided vivarium and arrived in perfect condition. Easy to build and good quality. Still looks like new a year on. Delivery can take time but they are made to order and answer any emails very quickly. Best priced vivs out there.

ZERO COMMUNICATION, TAKEN MONEY,NOT SENT PRODUCT
Bought two vivariums spent nearly £370 . 3 weeks later and still not received them. Ive sent several emails and not had one reply. I bought these in good faith. They have no contact details. Luckily i paid through paypal so should get my money returned. even paypal cannot get a response of them.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
UPDATE...I WAITED OVER 21 DAYS FROM PAYMENT AND STILL HAD NO DELIVERY OR CORRESPONDENCE (AT THIS POINT I MADE PAYPAL AWARE OF THE SITUATION AS BEFORE THE 21 DAYS YOU CANNOT COMPLAIN WITH NO ITEM RECEIVED). AND NO THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER.

Customer spent £346, not £400 unfortunately his "several emails" were not received by us. Goods were due to be sent within the 10working days quoted be us for the delivery.
However customer put in a paypal complaint so we decided due to the nature and tone of the complaint we should refund item rather than send it.
Our contact details are on our website in the terms and conditions which is a legal requirement.
The other 116 customers we served this week all received their items.

Vivarium badly damaged by XDP who marked as damaged, totally unusable - only one thin layer of cardboard packaging on very heavy MDF boards so Id be amazed if any ever arrive undamaged, 6 weeks on and provivs will not return or refund and now have stopped replying to emails and messenger messages, they have no listed address, contact details or phone number so that you cannot pursue a complaint or get your money back if you have a problem
Check out my complaint/review to XDP and their reply which proves Provivs to be lying in their below reply about there being no damage to the package and that the item was clearly identified as damaged - Provivs is hands down the worst company I have ever come across
Check their reply as well - clearly lying about me marking goods as undamaged as you can see my review of the courier company XDP that damaged the goods in my reviews!!!!

Customer was advised to check and sign for any damage. We insure al our packages against damage.
Customer signed for the goods as received in good condition voiding our insurance.
Since goods were signed as received in good condition it can only be assumed the customer damaged the good after delivery.
We replace all damaged items that are signed for as damaged.
we send 100's of items a week and only get one box damaged every few weeks!!
Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague, if you want to buy a vivarium ans have it delivered broken then buy from here. Absolute shambles of a company. Sends parcels via XDP which damages items and Provivs takes no notice. I've had my viv turn up badly damaged and not even offered a replacement. Avoid at all costs
