I bought a running light that would not hold a charge.
I contacted customer service and was told it was out of the 3 month warranty.

I bought a set of gloves. I have immediately realised that I have ordered the wrong size. I have emailed them explaining the error and asked to rectify it with the correct size. They refused as they said the order was already processed. My email was sent a couple of minutes after I placed my order. It was 11pm on a Sunday evening. I find difficult to think it was processed already. However, the gloves are good. The costumer services is not very helpful

Excellent jacket the way it reflects light is awesome, the fit is perfect when I first unpacked it, looked huge, but I bought a large and it fits really well.
Recently got back into cycling and started commuting to work, all vehicles give me enough room, when passing

Very good robust product. Easy to charge. Very bright for early morning runs and can lower the brightness as needed over the 3 settings.

I contacted Proviz discreetly to explain what I did not like about the jacket.
You did not care, parrot fashioned what I said about not being able to return it. Even though I had the labels.
The arms are to short.
The pockets are plastic.
The jacket has zero breathability.
But yes, it reflects well.
I have now had 3 more requests to publically review it. Fine.
It's on ebay in as new condition and I can't even sell it for £30.

Update... Proviz kindly replied to my review above and aked what more they could do?
How about make a one off exception to your rule and accept the return rather than upset a customer?
It easy to hide behind policy.
A shame because their other products are excellent.
I'm not sure what else I can do now apart from lose out on a lot of money and give it away to Charity.

The reflective quality of Proviz products is hands-down the best on the market. Otherwise, the fit/function/manufacture are a spot-on value for the price!!

The reflective feature of the materials are low key and subtle without direct light on it. But a beacon with even a "flashlight of lumens."

I've bought three garment products from Proviz for my son and me (two vests, one jacket) and the awesomely small, powerful and versatile clip-on light. Not one has disappointed. NONE!!

Misleading size chart and product sizing and terrible return policy

I am extremely disappointed with Proviz. I ordered a 4XL vest following their size guide (which states 119-124 cm chest). However, the garment I received measures 130 cm. That’s a massive 6 cm discrepancy over their maximum limit, making the vest dangerously loose and unusable for exercise.

When I contacted customer service with photographic evidence of the measurements, they refused to acknowledge the error, claiming the extra 11 cm of fabric is for "layering." To make matters worse, they refused a return because I tried the item on for a walk, even though the sizing fault was only detectable during use.

Offering a 30% discount to "spend more money" is not a solution for a product that is NOT AS DESCRIBED. I have now opened a PayPal dispute and will provide all evidence to my bank.

Warning to buyers: Their size guide is misleading and they do not stand behind their products when they make a mistake. Check my photos for proof of the 130 cm measurement.

The brand’s response is misleading and fails to address the objective facts.

The "Layering" Excuse: There is a 11 cm discrepancy between the lower end of your 4XL guide (119 cm) and the actual 130 cm of the garment. No professional gear requires 11 cm of "extra room" for layering; that is equivalent to two full sizes of error. This is not "intentional design," it is a manufacturing fault.

Fitness for Purpose: I followed your official guide to the letter. A customer measuring 120 cm expects a functional fit, not a tent. I only realized the garment was unusable and incorrectly sized once I actually used it for its intended purpose. Under consumer law, a product must be fit for purpose and as described.

The "Goodwill" Discount: Offering a 30% discount is not a solution for an incorrectly sized product; it’s an attempt to make me spend even more money on a brand that provides inaccurate data.

I have provided the photographic evidence of the 130 cm measurement to PayPal, and I will let them decide, as Proviz continues to ignore the physical reality of the product they sent.
