The proxies that we bought did not work out for the needs of our company and that was our fault. Proxy Empire was super quick and responsive with support and offered a few other options of proxies for free and even offered to refund if we were not satisfied. I don't usually leave reviews but the my experience was very positive and support was extremely helpful. Thank you guys.

Their website says first users get 50% off in resesential proxies. But in top up panel, the promo code given on landing page doesn't work.
That means 50% off is just a trick to get people registered.
If they don't offer promo, no problem. But must NOT put false offers on loanding page.

Hello,
The discount code does work on all packages automatically, the only place where it doesn't work automatically is the 1 GB Top up because of technical limitations - and as we mentioned in the chat we had with you earlier today, we manually add a bandwidth bonus so your effective price rate is 50% lower.
We also explained that you can buy a subscription, and cancel right after so you wouldn't be billed automatically and still take advantage of the 50% discount code - basically functioning as a one time payment package.
Unlike other proxy providers bandwidth with us does not expire, and also does not require an active subscription - which was also explained in the livechat with you earlier today.
Also, you did not actually create an account and try to use the discount code.
This company is by far the best, no doubt.

Starting with their Promot response, telegram groups, managers which solves any issues on the spot, quality and no service outage, really nothing bad to say, only good things .

DNS geo and IP geo mismatch
I have been using proxyempire for a long time and have used about 200+ GB of traffic.
It used to be a decent service. The further we go, the worse it gets. On 13 January 2026, I contacted support with a problem of DNS geo and IP geo mismatch. (proxy United Kingdom, DNS Dutch or USA) They started accusing me that it was my problem and that they had no such problems on their end. They said it was a problem with the anti-detection browser and that it was normal for DNS geo and IP geo to not match. I checked everything on different devices and in different anti-detection browsers, but the problem persisted. In the end, my messages were simply ignored and the chat was closed. Upon reviewing the two conversations with our team today, I do see that in your first chat our colleague informed you that he's waiting for feedback from the technical team regarding the DNS mismatch with your proxies.
Several minutes after your last message the chat was automatically closed and you started a new conversation about 30 minutes later where our other customer support agent informed you that they are still waiting for feedback from the technical team who are actively looking into the issue that you reported, and also offered you a full refund for your unused proxy bandwidth - an offer which you ignored.
As you mentioned, you've been using our services for a few years and we'd love to ensure you continue to have a satisfactory experience, however rushing to leave a highly negative review less than an hour after the issue was reported after 3 years of using our services is a bit dramatic.
However, our offer for a full refund of unused service balance still stands, but we'd love to take care of this technical issue for you and continue working together.

Be careful because ProxyEmpire is not what it says
Be careful!! You won't be able to access all the websites. Hundreds of websites are blocked and you won't be able to access them without confirming your identity with government ID (yes this service is NOT anonymous) and writing an "unblock" email to the Sales Team. When I told them I want to access Netflix (which is blocked by ProxyEmpire) first the sales Team ignored my request, left me on read for several days and once I asked them again about this they literally said "After careful consideration our compliance team decided to reject your unblock request, Have a nice Day!". (btw their careful consideration time was one minute). I will not be using this service again.

I am sorry to learn that you are not satisfied with your unblock request being rejected.
However we do block government, financial, crypto related websites, as well as some other websites(Like Netflix and Steam) in order to prevent abuse.
Simply doing the KYC verification does not guarantee access to all of those sites, it is up to our compliance team's decision.

Services not available for the past 2 days + the panel is sooo frkn laggy and bloated. I've had easier time playing Resident Evil 4 at ultra settings.
Don't know much about the proxy quality tho. They seem ok

Hello Abdülkadir,
I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our services, but sadly we did have some technical issues with our V1 Proxies on the 26th of June, which lasted for approximately 2.5 - 3 hours.
As soon as we identified the issue we made sure to notify our clients regarding it, and we suggested using the V2 Proxies which were not affected by the downtime.
Our team actually added you 1 GB several hours ago today, which is the same amount of GBs that you purchased so far in the last 1 year, as a compensation for the inconvenience caused.
P.S Also please note you last purchased our services almost an year ago - with most other proxy companies your bandwidth would have already expired, while it was still available in your account to be used with us.
The support is good
- They get 1.9$ fee to join the website.
- They block payoneer. I sent email support to explain the reason. They open payoneer domain
- The service is expensive and 2$ static proxy and need 7$ for data.

First of all - I'd like to mention that it is clearly stated during the sign up process, as well as in our terms of service that by default - financial websites are blocked on our proxies in order to prevent abuse.
However, they can be unblocked after undergoing the KYC procedure and providing a clear use case explanation so we can ensure that our services are used appropriately.
It seems odd that our team didn't get back to you within a few business days regarding your request.
