Ho parlato in chat una volta e mi avevano assicurato di essere ricontattato per una nuova attivazione entro 12 ore. Sono passati 4 giorni, non rispondono a nessuna mail e la live chat è disattivata. unfortunately bad experience, I purchased a switch account on the 31st August, and received a code within 24 hours.
However, the video they provide how to login to your account is of a different version of the website, with the current one only loops waiting 70 seconds and never gave me a code to login on my switch.
I contacted live chat about this, they said it was an issue with the account and I would have an email by the end of the day, I waited an extra day and when I asked again, I kept being told by their live chat that I would receive an email to resolve it, and then never did, to the point where they began ignoring my requests, as a ticket has gone unreplied to for 5 days and an email has been ignored. I had to contact k4g, who also contacted them on my behalf, and eventually gave me a refund despite their lack of response

hello,
So i bought a game for my nintendo but after buying it i started trying to get the game to work in my switch but everytime i do what the given tutorial tells you to do nothing happends, so i contacted the support they responded in im not kidding prop like 10-20 seconds after that it took her 3 min max and all worked like a damn charm. Would recommend was a bit of a struggle at first but al worked out fine and the support is really nice, and i did manage to safe like 40 bucks so im happy :D.

First of All did I get the Account, Yes
Was it stress free, no
I Purchased a Nintendo Switch Account.
I waited about 24h, then I asked the support from the K5 website.
They made that I get the code in about 1-2h after the request.
Then I tried to Activate the Account
I needed to wait 60 sec to get the password and a code.
I did it and didn't get it.
After 3 Times I wanted to try it again with refreshing all websites.
After that I did get the right code but I couldn't activate it because it was on the wrong Nintendo code...
So Again Support of PSN Accounts.
Live chat cleared the Problem and I did get all the Informations.
And the game is on the Account.
You will not get The Email of the Account!
So you can't change the password or anything.
It just connects to a switch account.
I just hope they don't sell the same account in a few month.
Overall Rating:
It was Very Annoying, and I did Tagged at the Account Installation.
But I payed like 30% of the Original price.
So it's okay if you want to save money and don't want to play the Game on the Same Day! (Like I wanted at first...)

Ordered a Nintendo account
Ordered a Nintendo account. They only provided the credentials of the Nintendo account but not the credentials of the linked email account. Due to this I cannot change the credentials of the Nintendo account. They provide 1 year access guarantee but afterwards they can simply change the credentials and lock me out. I’ve purchased via K4G. Contacting their support has been futile. They weren’t able to solve the problem. My request for a refund has been rejected. PSNaccounts didn’t even bother to respond to me directly. Don’t buy anything from them.
