Waste of time! Don’t want your business at their Volkswagen Dealership in Durham. Would rather stand about leaning against the cars on the show room floor having a chat and glaring at customers! The same can’t be said about their Seat dealership in Sunderland but avoid their VW branch!

Purchased two skoda vehicles from these, they were very helpful until we had problems,having tried to repair the probkem twice was then told the problem was a feature of the car and to talk to skoda who told me to speak to Pulman.this could not be resolved so now I am stuck with it.having told them I want nothing more to do with them they then called me up to ask if I wanted a service. This shows they do not listen to their customers.

Just got my car back after its first major service and apart from the improved performance I have to mention the customer service received before during and after.

Every detail of the service was explained and even fault finding and prioritised issues were sent with a video overview during the servicing and an easy feedback facility via SMS for their service team to carry out.

Prior to the service date I was told there was no courtesy cars available while the car was in for servicing but on the day they went out of their way to provide me with the latest VW Beetle demonstrator. That was unexpected. It's those little extra above and beyond bits that will keep me loyal. Thanks guys!
