NO thanks to Grundfos.
But Pumpsonline certainly made up for it. After due diligence I purchased a Grundfos PM2 pump controller specifically for the 30minute cut off feature. Pumpsonline was very helpful and attentive to my questions. Received the unit promptly but soon after installation noticed a small leak from a cover on the PM2. It was discovered that Grundfos had been knowingly distributing faulty PM2 units without the capability or desire to recall them.
Pumpsonline did all they could to get follow-up but Grundfos took over a month to provide any instruction on moving forward with this problem.
By then Pumpsonline had generously sent me a tested replacement - but I was up for trades costs to reinstall so wanted Grundfos to acknowledge this. Leak ended up fixing itself (for now) so agreed to keep original unit in place.
First and last Grundfos purchase I will make but thanks to Cameron will be back to Pumpsonline!

Prompt delivery, with all shipping stages well communicated. The controller arrived in good condition, and appears to be of very good quality. (I have not installed it yet so I can't comment further on the performance of the product.) Soon after delivery, a follow up email arrived offering support and advice on installation if required. Overall, this is excellent customer service.

Very prompt dispatch but let down by Courier, Post Haste, who delivered the package to 42 Reimers Avenue (Eden Park Reception) instead of our residence opposite the park at 43 Reimers Avenue.

It was left to the Eden Park receptionist to contact me and tell the package was there. The courier clearly had little interest in ensuring he made the delivery to the right place.

The order process was fine. The delivery was fine. The product was fine. Then I got pestered repeatedly for a review. Company now comes across as needy.

Communication (email updates) which is very key to a sales relationship. The filter arrives on time and is a no hassles purchase every six months.
