I am writing to you regarding my current order , I am totally disappointed with the quality of product for all the items I got , I was so much excited for pure phulkari dupatta but most of the threads were already came out when I opened package Totally not worth of price. Same with the salwars , they look totally different in photos and they are nowhere near the photos very very low quality.
When customer order from different country you have to take care of your customers emotions and satisfaction . I blindly trusted your website because till now I had good experience with other Indian seller , but this is disappointing for me.

Patiala is not good

Patiala is not good. I ordered white and it turned out to be off white. Also overpriced

Delivery process is good. Cancellation and return is complicated.

Your options to purchase…

Your options to purchase internationally are not working. I even emailed to ask why is my card being declined and got no reply, and now I'm being asked how 'happy' I am with my 'purchase?! Please fix the payment options and stop declining international cards -especially debit cards. I have bought from you guys before, but I am deeply disappointed now.

Best Online Purchase Ever!!!

I NEVER do reviews. PUNNJAB.com is definitely worth the review! The dress fit was so flattering & that to at a perfect price. The dress fit was excellent & the material is better than what I was expecting vibrant attractive colours & designs. Can’t talk enough about their customer service especially Vinay who was so accommodating & patient with all my requests. Received all the dresses before time & in perfect condition. This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s definitely worth every penny. Thank you PUNNJAB.com & I’m going to be your regular customer from now on. Keep up the good work!!!
