Very disappointed.

The order supposed to be delivered on December 3rd
Now is December 14th and nothing. Not even the decency to contact me and tell me that it will be soon, or I will get my refund or just an apology. Nothing.
It is very disrespectful
I have tried to contact numerous times, but the emails bounced back with the expaination that the email address does not exit.

Please provide the refund and CANCEL my subscription.

I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I've been ordering from this company for over 2 years but had to cancel my subscription recently. Sad to say the customer service and food quality has gone down. There were missing/delayed orders and I even found plastic in one of the meal packs. It was too bad because this company used to be good.

My disappointment is immeasurable.
A friend ordered food from this company and they shipped it UPS ground. This was a perishable, frozen shipment sent in an uninsulated, reused cardboard box. When it arrived at my place ( a week later) I noticed there were no labels on the box stating that it needed to be KEPT FROZEN, and that it was perishable. It had been left on my porch in the sun and the contents measured 19C.
I now have a freezer full of spoiled food as garbage day is in two weeks.
I have been promised a replacement order but hold out little hope it will fair better.

Amazing products and amazing customer service!! My dog loves Puppy Gang Fresh’s meals and I know he is getting the best quality ingredients that are formulated to keep him strong and healthy!!

11/10 stars. My pup devours all 4 meals without hesitation, she absolutely loves them. She even licks her bowl clean! She gets super excited when it's time to eat. Prepping the meals is quick, easy and convenient. Ever since my pup starting eating Puppy Gang's meals, her coat is much softer and she is bursting with energy. These meals truly are life changing for dogs. Thank you so much Puppy Gang team! You guys are the best!

One of our dogs is palliative care so we have been blending this so he can lick it. We are glad to see him eat.

I have 2 chihuahuas. Both 10-1/2 years old. I want to ensure they get good quality food. When I learned about Puppy Gang Fresh Foods I thought I'd give them a try. The girls love the taste. I love the ingredients. We haven't fully transitioned -- we use a mix of our old food and Puppy Gang. So far everything is working out great. Thanks Puppy Gang.

Samson is absolutely thrilled with Puppy Gang Fresh Foods! He is so excited for his meals! My only suggestion would be to chop or crush the peas.
