The website worked well and I appreciated the discount code. I took advantage of the free shipping and when my order came, it was accurate. Products were packaged carefully, of good quality and the scents were not overpowering. I was pleased with everything-the tooth brush pads, breath/tarter spray, shampoo and detangling spray. I will purchase these products again.

I was able to actually talk to a human! That is a big deal... She was very attentive to my inquiries. She was also very honest in answering my questions. The shipping is expensive these days but that's not their fault in any way. The product itself is excellent so far. The material is sturdy and doesn't tear or fall apart. I like having Sodium Benzoate in the ingredients as well. I will continue to buy this product...

The shipping seemed to take a little long, but everything else was great!

Initial package appeared to have had product stolen out if it and was resealed. Customer support rapidly replaced it and said they would follow up with FedEx to determine what happened. Glad they are helpful to the customer and trying to resolve the underlying issue.

Great shampoo smells nice and so far no bad reactions from my impossible pug. He's intolerant to much of the world, especially Coconut which is in almost every natural shampoo. So grateful to find one without it!

Love the 4 in 1 shampoo for dogs. The oils helped my GSPs constantly dry, itchy skin to calm down. He now doesn't rub against the couch or the bed. I am so thrilled to have found this product through our boarding place.

Very happy with all my purchases

Wonderful customer service and order was sent out/received promptly! We and our customers appreciate the many scent-free options amongst Pure & Natural products.

The products are very good . Very nice and helpful customer servicd

Customer service is excellent. Also, their products appear to be non irritating to my dog's coat and skin (flea & tick spray for dogs). Waiting for the wipes to become available as i have used them in the past. Very satisfied with their products.

Excellent product. My two dogs love the toothpaste and having their teeth brushed with it. They come right to me when I show them the toothbrush. :). Thanks!!

Lovely product! Effective and very clean ingredients!

I love their USDA organic products for dogs.

Great products! We have been using the Pure and Natural Pet products since 2019. Now that our dogs are seniors and have some allergies we have found that Pure and Natural Pet products are the best, most gentle and effective. Also, awesome customer service, by accident I did not update my account with my new address. I called I was able to get the shipping address changed after the was shipped. Thank you so much!
