Resposta da Pure Diesel Power
HI Danne, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations.
After reviewing the order and communication, it appears there may have been some confusion about what components were included with the part. A question related to the item was brought up during the conversation, but the included components were not specifically confirmed before the order was placed, which likely led to the misunderstanding.
Our goal is always to make sure customers know exactly what they’re getting, and when there are questions about what is or isn’t included with a product, we’re happy to clarify those details before an order is completed.
If you'd be open to it, we’d be glad to revisit the situation and see if there’s anything we can do to help. Please feel free to reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to take another look.

Resposta da Pure Diesel Power
Hi Justin,
I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your purchase. We’d like to help if possible.
Please give us a call at 715-254-1833 or email customerservice@puredieselpower.com so we can review your situation. We’re happy to investigate with the manufacturer to understand what may be going on and what options might exist. Our records don’t show any prior contact about issues with this product, and a review left without a chance to address the issue makes it harder for us to help right away.
While we can’t guarantee a resolution after two years, we truly want to assess your fitment and determine the best path forward—whether that’s troubleshooting, replacement parts, or another option that suits your build.
If you’re willing, please reach out so we can start the investigation. We’ll do our best to help if a suitable solution is available.
Thank you for the opportunity to make this right.
Best regards,
Garrett

Good looking out
Called to touch base with me on my order and to let me know what all was going on with my order as far availability and shipment and everything that made me feel good about the order placed and money spent. Not one bad thing can I say about them. I will use them again. I did mess up and sent back a little more than my core because it was one full assembly and I glitched out and sent them a pulley extra and I’m going to need it and they’re going to send it back to me but I’ve got to pay for it. That is the only down fall to my whole experience with them but it’s not their fault as it is my own. Again I will use them in the future.
