Adam and the Pureflo team were hugely helpful when we needed to replace a broken water pump late at night. They were knowledgeable and efficient, and we’ve enjoyed even better water pressure since they came by. Not only are they great at plumbing, they’re also a pleasure to hang out with.   

Recently had a disaster with my property.A friend suggested Pureflo. I contacted them and they come out within the hour.A young and helpful man set out to work and I have to say was really helpful in his work as well as reassuring me that the damage wasn't as bad as it seemed. Although it didn't look that way for me. Once completed I was more then happy to pay for the service he provided considering it was cheaper then I had gotten quoted from another company.

Unfortunately the order doesn't fit my old style tap at all, still waiting for the response from the company

I deducted a star because I feel that the delivery charge of over £10 was excessive. Unfortunately, I failed to notice this in the ordering process as I thought it was £3. I would have ordered the items separately to reduce the cost.

Pureflo, the company you took over were 100% better in my opinion, especially with pricing. the bundle I used to buy, a carbon block and a resin refill cost £31, with free postage. I have just paid you £42.67 for the same bundle, an increase of 37.5% which included £3 for postage.

I placed my order and received the items the following day allowing me to change my filter very quickly.

I have previously been a satisfied customer, but my latest order wasn’t such a satisfying transaction.
1. I ordered a replacement twin lever tap (previous tap started leaking) with my filters but received a single lever tap, which I will have to make do with rather than go through the hassle of returning it.
2. Shipping used to be free via 2nd class post, which I was quite happy with to keep replacement costs to a minimum. On this order it was a whopping £14.94 via Fed Ex, with no alternate shipping choice.This makes filter changes an expensive hobby.
If it weren’t for these 2 gripes I would have awarded 5 stars, because the equipment does a very good
job eliminating chemical taste and limescale. No floaters in cups of tea!
