I have Informed you many times that i have asked for the delivery to stop! I brought a one off product, yet you keep taking money out of my account without proper authority! This is illegal as you should know. I am currently in talks with a Lawyer and another third party . As I have a paper trail with all the Emails of our past correspondence as Evidence. You said that you would stop sending me this product and offered my money back. But you have failed to do so. So now it is a legal matter!

You sent me 2 repeat orders that I didn’t place and took over 400 euros off me … I sent you over 60 emails and got a recorded reply back every time and couldn’t deal with an actual person .. you caused me to change and cancel 2 cards at great time cost to myself … totally horrendous experience if which I will not be ordering thru you again.

Scam and fraudulent online shop
I ordered once gummy of Purejit, Peak Shilatjit in May 2025. After in October they sent me a delivery confirmation of 2 items ( the same I ordered in May but 3 times the price!!!). The seller entered a new order without my approval ref #9881. First I deleted my account in their online shop, which I never created, I saw there was my card details and a subscription, as the seller confirmed by email answering my complain dated 25 Oct 2025 11:48am. I hope American Express will deny the payment and that the seller will cancel the deliver. I deleted an automatic order because their delivery partner were using my card details without my permission. I hope it won't happen again for other new clients. Be carefully avoid this seller online if you can.
