Like many others here, I don't believe I completed order, and found NATURES CALM CBD 855-3826881 ME $319.65 charge.Going through dispute and cc canc/replace, y'all know what a pain. Never get that life back.

They're a rip off. They advertise 3 bottles at 39.95 a piece. Which should be $120.00 plus tax. Instead they charged my card $299.71. I called and canceled order, but they did not cancel auto refill. So they sent me another order for
$299.71. Their support is a broken record with not being able to get to anyone who can make a change. They state, well just return which I pay postage, then pay a restocking fee of $50.00 and wait 2-3 weeks for a refund of $229.71 minus $50 mius postage. If they cannot cancel an auto refill, do you really think they can process a refund?

COMPLETE SCAM FRAUD!!! My complaints are the same as all these other claims. The order did not let me confirm the order before it was submitted. I did not subscribe. I did not receive the first order or any invoice or email about the order. They Could not produce an invoice showing the costs. The second shipment was not the items I ordered. When trying to resolve the issue, they could not send a copy of either invoice and would not give a refund of the first undelivered order of $239.75. The price charged was higher than what showed on the internet site. They could not prove the order was delivered nor the second auto ship that had the wrong items of $219.80. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. PEOPLE OF THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR FRAUD!

Run!!! Don’t walk!!! In Nov 2024, I ordered only one or two keto-pure gummies. When I received my bank statement, I noticed an unrecognized charge of $299.70 from my cc. At the time, I didn’t know where the amount came from. So, I called my credit union and had them put a fraud claim in. They canceled my cc and sent a new one. Don’t you know pure joy tried to take the $$ back again yesterday? Look, I own up to my mistakes and would not scam anyone. If these gummies were that costly even with shipping and handling, I would not have purchased them, especially for that amount at one time, that would still be too much $$$. If I owed that much, y’all wouldn’t have mailed the gummies out to me. I only wanted to try them out.
I tried emailing them but my message came back undeliverable. Figures!!!!

They did nothing to curb my appetite, give me any energy, nor did I lose any weight! Also, I was supposed to get a deal on the first order but was charged full price. Then they automatically sent me another batch of them, which I did not order!

They are thieves!!! They charge your account without your consent then refuse to refund you even if the package is not sent out yet. Currently dealing with it through my bank but Pure Joy charged me through two different companies names so it makes it look like two charges legitimately were made but just like the lack the quality of their fake acv gummies DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR INFORMATION STOLEN AND YOUR ACCOUNT FROZEN WHILE YOUR BANK TRIES TO FIX WHAT WAS DONE. No emails or calls were answered, only the one after they sent out the package to tell me it was to late to stop the shipment. I wish I had never found this lying company. Worst experience ever.

Do not purchase. Total total scam. I was totally misled with the number of bottles and received six. I returned them within the time needed for a full refund. I have not received any Any callbacks or emails even thoughI have sent 20+ emails, I have made dozens of phone calls spoke with Many many different representatives and nothing has happened to help me get my money back. Time to go through my credit card company I guess. Do not purchase!!!!!!

I placed an order for what I thought was three bottles. I received my invoice showing they billed me $299.70 which was buy 3/get 3. When I called they said that they would refund me $149.85 which they did. Now I get a notice I am due for my next shipment and with that they showed the charge $299.70 again. I reached out and requested they cancel. I told the rep, Linda that I didn’t want the product as it was junk, just candy gummies. Linda at purejoy bites told me it already processed so I would have to keep and pay for this order as items cannot be returned. I found out that the product didn’t ship for two more days. After many emails she offered to take off $30 which I said no. My only option is to report this to my bank as fraud.

Complete Fraud!! I never went through with the purchase next thing I know I've been charged!! Then Linda is telling me that I signed up for a prescription no ma'am...they saved my info and the made a unauthorized charge on my card... and now I'm fighting charges

I signed up for what appeared to be a free trial bottle of Keto Raw+ACV gummies. They need a CC, presumably for shipping. I selected slow shipping to minimize the charge.

When I placed the free trial bottle order, their system had charged me $299.70 for a fraudulent order of “3plus3 bottles” of this item.

I never consented to this order or charge. I never clicked on any button for this offer. I never saw this charge before they processed the payment.

Thirty seconds later I called their toll-free number and requested immediate cancellation and refund. The agent claimed she could not cancel the order, that it had already been placed with the supplier, that all she could do was cancel my “membership” that I never signed up for, and that I’d have to email them to cancel the order. I immediately emailed.

Next day they responded "I can talk to my manager to see if I can issue a partial $30 Credit." LOL!!!!!

A further email demanding a full refund led to an offer of a lengthy refund process whereby I pay for return shipping and get refunded less a $50 "re-stocking fee." Um, NOPE.

How about instead I report you to my CC company and the FTC? Yeah Imma do that.

It really should be one star from my perspective. They claim to sell the diet gummies endorsed by Kelly Clarkson, but now I have my doubts.

On the order form I completed, there was clearly no option to choose to purchase just one bottle, yet the choice I made read in such a way that made me think I could, and the other bottle would be free. Turns out, I unknowingly purchased two bottles for well over 100 USDA. I wasn't happy when I realized my mistake, and they refuse to offer a full refund upon return without charging a $50 "restocking fee." I find them a nightmare to deal with and that they are quite deceptive.

I came to an agreement with one of their reps and even received a follow-up email confirming that I would get a discount only. It was also my understanding that I would keep the product when it arrived. Then, someone else named Linda wrote me and created new confusion, seemingly ignorant of what had been agreed to and seemingly unraveling it. I tried to explain the agreement, bewildered that she was unaware. She offered another, less desirable solution. I couldn't forward the email/agreement to her, so I copied and pasted it. She either missed or ignored it and wrote again with the same bad offer. As of now, I'm not sure what will happen, as the product was shipped. It was a bad experience in which people employed by the same company didn't appear to have access to the same information so that they all knew what happened and avoided contradicting what other reps said. After this matter concludes, however it does, I'll be careful to never deal with them again.
