Do not order from this website. They Will never send anything and keep with drawing money from your account. I had to get lawyers involved because they are scamming people.

I ordered a product from them. That order and deliveries were fine. Later I decided to cancel the subscription. I searched high and low trying to fine where to cancel the subscription on their website and found nothing. I emailed them asking them to cance the subscription and they responded with “ There is a way to manage the autoships that you had set up by logging in.”

They confirmed that there is no place on their website to cancel the subscription. So if you are like me, when I get a conformation I normally delete the email. Fortunately I had not cleaned my trash folder for quite awhile and found the email. But before that I logged into the site and deleted the payment method

Every vendor that sells products and has subscriptions can easily program a cancellation link into that site and not make it so different to do so

I recommend never ordering via subscription from this company. They knew perfectly what they were doing by making it so difficult to cancel a subscription

Stay away from this company.
They sign you up to a subscription service that I didn’t op in to on check out.

Cancelled my debt card and rang the bank to stop them taking anymore money.

I haven't received my product how can you take someone's money and not send them their product. I feel like it's a scam

Place is a school am I ordered two separate orders and never received the second and keep getting the run around before being ghosted completely this company is a COMPLETE JOKE AND NO-ONE SHOULD WASTE ANY MONEY TO THEM AT ALL YOU WILL

Buyers beware, It will take them 18 days before you get product i was just told i places my order on the 4th and it is then17th and still have not received my product!. And they charged my account without me knowing 29.99 for membership which I had no regulations about at all. Not good service. And it takes them forever to answer their phones. Just beware.

Extremely disappointing. I’ve placed the order (#39487) on Saturday 19th October, paid extra for 1-2 days delivery as I knew I will be leaving UK on the 24th (Thursday) and needed my order by then. Unfortunately the order hasn’t been received or even processed until today! I’ve sent an email, enquiry via website and called on 24th (left voicemail as there was no reply) to find out why the order is being delayed and asking to cancel it as I’m leaving the country. I haven’t received an answer to my emails, enquiries, nothing. Today I’ve got an email that my order has been processed and sent and will be delivered on Tuesday, so 10 days after placing it. I’m no longer in the UK and not coming back any time soon. I’ve lost almost €100. Definitely not recommending Pure Naturals to anyone!

Received the version of the Nutri Supreme Ultimate Calm *without* 5-HTP.
I reached out to Pure Naturals and have had no response after 2 weeks.

The website is very easy to use and extremely fast delivery.

THE ONLY PRO-BIOTIC WHICH DOESN'T GIVE ME A HEAD ACHE!

The order, sales and delivery processes were good. However, the product arrived unsealed (it could have been tampered with) and without any instructions about use or advice about possible side effects.
The order specified a brand but the delivered product showed no brand name only the generic name of the contents i.e. wormwood complex 60 tablets. Attention needs to be paid to ensuring that the product shipped canno be contaminated and that information on use and possible side effects is included.
