Back in 2022 I wrote a review based on my experience at that time which was so awful I thought it was a scam. Eventually however I did get the product I had ordered and have been very happy with it so I decided to try them again. I have now made 2 further orders and the experience has been totally different. Great speedy service and very happy with the items.

Ordered and paid on 21 June with standard 3-5 days shipping and to date nothing has been received. You have to track your order with the Shop app - which is pretty useless as although I can see my order and it has the status Ready to ship (which has been the case since I placed the order on 21 June) there is no update as there is no tracking number. I've emailed the company asking for an update on when I can receive my order, no reply.
05/07: After leaving this review, the company have now responded and I hope to receive my order soon. They have provided me with my Royal Mail tracking ID - and the Shop app has now updated with the status In Transit. Fingers crossed

Use this company only if you wish to lose money! Their sizing is all over the place & when you come to return the items you pay an extortionate amount return postage. Even after they assured me they would pay my returns they twice sent the postman to collect to return to my address! & eventually said I had to return myself as they did not know how to do it!!
I told them I want to buy what I consider nice clothes but you can’t expect customers to pay through the nose & have no customer service. The company is a joke !

I am so pleased to have found this company. Quality and sizing is perfect.

Order made on 15.5.24 and confirmed and money taken from my account. E mail received on 16.5.24 saying items on way and I would be able to track order but no tracking number. 2 e mails sent requesting tracking number but both ignored. Their Web form questionnaire completed in which I have raised my concerns that items possibly out of stock as this appears to be common practise looking at other reviews. Awaiting reply. Also when you call number on website, it connects you to an 091 number. Most odd. Should I not get satisfactory reply by end of business today, I will be seeking consumer advice etc and contacting my bank re chargeback after the appropriate time has lapsed. Be aware!

My only purchase from this company was a pair of Magic Pants. They are comfortable and stretchy but the quality is dire. On arrival I noticed several loose ends and one end of the waist tie didn’t have the metal finish that the other end had, but I was desperate so I wore them. One wash later and the stitching is breaking up. I am now afraid to wear them in case they part at the seams completely. I wanted to order the linen trousers but now I can’t as I can only assume the quality will be identical and would therefore be a total waste of money. If you want a pair of trousers that you want to wear only once then these would do. Probably.

Received my order and totally impressed with the quality the fit and it is just fabulous to have found this collection! I’m so pleased I am going to definitely get more stuff now. Promptly delivered and can’t praise them enough.

Been trying to contact company to find out about my order, asked for tracking number and carrier to try and trace. After a short time my issue was resolved promptly and efficiently.
I would like to add that having purchased items previously they are absolutely wonderful and the designs so innovative. I highly recommend that everyone give them a look

I like everything I've bought so far. The clothing is of good quality and cut. I've only had to contact customer service once (my fault - ordered the wrong size) and it was dealt with efficiently and effectively. I can recommend this company with confidence.

Ordered a dress and necklace. Returned the dress on the 5 September, No Refund Yet!! I then ordered 2 more dresses and returned those for a refund on the 19th and No refund as yet. I posted it with signed for delivery via the postoffice. No replies to my emails. Phone number on their website doesn't exist.
Stupidly I then ordered 3 more dresses, which by the way are Fabulous and very good quality, however the aftercare or lack of this, is not right!! So in my view I would only buy from them if you know you are keeping it. As the refunds are not being met.....

Was a wee bit worried having read some of the reviews. All my emails were answered (wanted tracking number)
Order arrived promptly. The linen jacket I ordered is fabulous. A very good experience. Will definitely buy from them again
