I had a great experience dealing with Pure Protect. Very professional but at the same time keeping a more personal feel to things. They found the perfect cover for my situation.

Jamie was brilliant in explaining all the options available to me for life insurance and family cover and guiding me through the process.
He also looked at my current insurances and offered advice.
I ultimately took out 2 policies through Jamie which exactly fit my needs and were very reasonably priced.
At no point did I feel pressured to make a particular decision or take out a particular policy.

Chris did a good job of keeping in touch, accommodating our availability to talk, and talking us through options. We are satisfied with the cover we chose and it should be a good fit for our needs as discussed.

Unfortunately, when some of the policies came through Chris has recorded the amount we earn much higher than we had advised it to be. This has not negatively impacted the policies but we had to call to check and adjust the figures with the providers, and it has left us with some concerns in case of needing to claim that it would cause issues, though we have been reassured that is not the case.

It was a pleasure to deal with Dale and his team.
They were very helpful and patient with me to ensure I came away with a tailored cover perfect to protect me and my family for the future.
