I’m amazed at the pressure, lovely clear water, when washing my hair, because of the purity of the water through the shower, leaves my hair squeaky clean, and leaves no grey horrible marks on shower glass. A great investment.

Pure showers were very quick to send my order which was exactly what I wanted and far cheaper than most comparable products'
It was very easy to fix up and my small query was answered quickly and courteously.

waste of money. the filter reduced the shower flow and we had to remove it. also, the 1 week trial before you can send back is not reasonable. I suspect this is why Amazon does not sell it on its platform.

Great to shower with 'clean water' again. Very easy to fit the shower head, and the water quality is noticeably much better.

Do not trust this company or their products. They are not fit for purpose. To use the bath filter you have to run your bath with a dribble of water to actually get the water to go through the filter. The shower head I ordered said it was universal - this is not true, the shower head only screwed on a couple of times with then the water spraying everywhere. I have emailed them 3 times to ask for a refund , which have gone unanswered, and called their number twice to be fobbed off saying they are a virtual reception company who can pass messages along but there is no one to speak to. I spent a lot of money and I would like my money back and to return the items. I have also contacted trading standards.

Having, recently, lost my sight, although, still pretty hands-on with DIY, enjoying a challenge, occasionally, I have to submit, to requiring, help and guidance.

This companies, customer support is, 5*+, and second to none. I bombarded their team with, what would seem, to a sighted person, mundane, simple issues, but with every single email sent, came a courteous , well explained answer, or step by step, procedure, which I followed with ease.

I have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending this company, in both, quality of products, and customer care.

I have 2 filters on my shower and change them every 6 months, they do what it says on the tin.

Well built quality filters that work well, 3 years on still working as they should. Customer service very prompt and friendly as well, I recommend.

The water is noticeably softer as soon as you put the shower on. I think it was straightforward to fit - I got someone else to do it for me.

My flat generally has very poor quality of water, I find the pure showers shower head greatly reduces the white calcium in the water and this is my second shower head now, for me it’s the best in the market. It really does look after the skin and hair.

Promply arrive and the water felt amazing! however it only worked for 6 weeks. Pure showers said my water quality is quite bad an to rinse out the filter see if it helps. I've since responsed asking for more clarity on if I could rinse with vinegar/a product to make this better and have had no response. They said average is 6 months so 6 weeks feels not good. I think i may have a faulty filter as it was also a bit chipped when it arrived which i've sent photos, but again no response.

The after sales service was wonderful. I asked a couple of questions and got an email response within a day and it sorted me out!

Prompt delivery, ordered as I've been getting itchy skin and some hair loss, plus feeling like my hair isn't always feeling 'clean' after I washed and dried it. I thought I would see if a filter shower head would make things better...it has! Now I just have to work out which replacement filters I need!

New ionic with vitamin c shower filter works well, good directional spray better than the standard ionic. Speedy delivery.
