Ordered some gels and electrolytes
Ordered some gels and electrolytes. The gels came with a small hole in. I sent them an email on the Friday night and by Saturday morning they had sent me a new box free of charge. Products are very good and customer service is 10/10. Great company.

Excellent Customer Service
I have been using Puresport products for around 3 months now. The Electrolytes and the new gels have been a game changer for me. I recently took out a subscription for the gels as my training block increases. On the second subscription date renewal, the product did not arrive. I contacted the helpline via email on the Sunday and the product was with me the next day. Unbelievable customer service!

The best!
I genuinely think there products are the best on the market. I love their gels, having tried lots of others there’s are by far the best. We also love their electrolytes, also significantly better than other brands. They may be slightly more expensive however I do think this is worth it. There customer service is also incredible!

Incredible customer service
I am so impressed with Puresport's customer service. My order was left outside in the rain by the courier (not Puresport's fault). My product was damaged. I contacted Puresport customer service to see if they could help. They responded and replaced my product the same day, even upgrading my gels as the ones that I had originally ordered are currently out of stock. I will be keeping my subscription, as I train regularly and their product is great. It tastes good, keeps me hydrated and fuelled for long training sessions and events. Thank you Eliza for your excellent support.

Using their products on a subscription…
Using their products on a subscription now for about 9 months. Find it top quality and top end ingredients etc. use electrolytes, some of the CBD balms along with vitamins. I believe they have an impact positively. Also really responsive in customer service. Had a great experience with Eliza in there

The customer service from this company is absolutely second to none.
I had some issues with the courier service and I reached out expecting a slow response and long delays however, Eliza resolved everything quickly and promptly. Absolute top class service, and aside from that the products speak for themselves. Highly recommend.
