This company is as scam-y as it comes. Had to lodge a chargeback with my credit card because they sent me the wrong order and refused to let me return/refund even though I was entitled to under their terms and conditions. Their customer service is abysmal and it’s clear they’re not actually reading your emails but responding as a bot service. The products I received also seemed really poor quality.

Super shady, disreputable "customer service". They either ignore you or take weeks to respond.
Product came in a package from China but "company address" says Sheridan, WY.
Leggings are made of very low-quality material - no idea what it is, but it is NOT bamboo as advertised. I could not get the leggings to stretch over my legs and I am thin.
They refuse to accept my return, saying product has to be damaged or defective to allow for refund, but they would exchange the leggings for another pair of crappy leggings. Hard pass.

They asked for "my patience while they work to improve their product". Ridiculous and not my job.
I'm mad at myself for not doing a simple search on this "company" because I would have seen right away what scoundrels they are.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely no response. The leggings are super thin! They will show all your business. I need to return--but no one will respond.

Do not buy anything from this company! Pure Woven is a joke! I would leave zero stars if I could. The material is poor quality, terrible, cheap, and itches, the fit is bad as well. They will ignore you if you try to contact them (I had emailed over 15 times and there is no one to answer their customer service phone line). They refuse allowing you to return unused items and they refuse giving a refund for items even when you contact them immediately to let them know the items aren’t satisfactory. I wish I had read reviews before dealing with this nightmare company and having them take my money when I can’t use the leggings nor the underwear I ordered! Don’t buy from them!

TERRIBLE customer service I have tried emailing this company 3 times no one responds ever!! I ordered leggings and they are to big need to exchange them! I would never refer this company to any body!!

Really wish I had checked here before purchasing… I ordered a month ago, on Jan 30th got an email stating they were processing my order and I would receive and email in 72hrs with shipping details… I still haven’t received any email. I’ve sent two emails trying to get any response from them but absolutely no response has come and I’m starting to feel like I may never see my order. I’ve checked the site it says my orders still in processing and it’s been over a month since I ordered. Do not recommend

I received my order a few weeks after it was placed; however, apparently, an entire shipment of leggings was marked as the incorrect sizes, and they shipped them to me anyway. I immediately emailed them requesting a refund, and they said they would only refund me 50% despite my request being within their 30-day policy. I have spent over 1 1/2 months going back and forth and still haven't received a refund. And now they're claiming that the refund policy only applies to defective merchandise, which is the case in this situation. The customer service takes forever to respond and I don't think I will ever receive a refund at this rate.

I ordered a top and leggings 4 weeks ago and they just today (Feb 20th) sent an email with tracking info after I had asked customer service repeatedly. This tracking info shows they haven’t even left China yet. Now that I’m reading all these other reviews, I’m going to make sure any 100% organic material I buy is made in the USA. Sounds like the quality is crap and they are a dishonest company.

These pants are very see through, I requested a refund and after going back and forth they tried to offer my 50% of my money back. I said no and then they refused any sort of refund but instead said they would ship me a new pair with a better fit. I have yet to receive that new pair of pants.

I ordered legging and underwear. When I received my order and tried them on, the leggings were completely see through and the underwear were not what was described. I have sent multiple emails and messages them through instagram and they are not responding to my request to return them. They have a 30 day return policy and at this rate, it won’t be happening. I’m very disappointed that this company is exploiting women who just want healthier alternatives and not honoring their policy.

Agree with all the negative comments on here. The quality is atrocious, paper thin, no support. The band at the top is small, hits in a strange place and is unflattering. I bought them because I was looking for a sustainable legging option. I am so dissatisfied with the quality and they won't let me me return them. NO returns, only exchanges. So I now have a pair of leggings I will likely throw out. For a brand that wants to help make a "better world, one wardrobe at a time!", it feels like they are missing the mark.

UPDATE: 10 emails and several more weeks in and they have finally let me know they do not except returns unless they were received damaged. But not before asking me to take a picture of myself in the leggings and send it to them, which I did not. UGH. Never buying anything from an instagram ad again ever.

Terrible customer service and lack of understanding of customer needs. Will never buy another product from this terrible company. The product is at best good as toilet paper. Thin, cheap, and last for one washing.

I ordered a medium black legging from this company. when they came, they did not fit at all. I could not even pull them up to my cr**tch. I have emailed 5 times to return them for a full refund as their website says, and they still have not given me that information. I loved the idea of a more organic legging, but low and behold they are made in China where we know they put chemicals in their garments to poison us. I still have them ready to send back. No phone number is listed. Website has one address and mailing package had another. Be ware!!

As others would say I'd give 0 if I could.

Horrible customer service. Fit is horrible and not at all how describe and they won’t return for refund. Absolutely making sure everyone I know is aware of this crappy company and product.

Such a scam! I bought 4 leggings. It took them more than a month to ship and when j got them I was shocked to see it’s not really gym leggings more like thin, underwear like tights. See through and poor quality. I wanted to return them but you can’t!! I tried to contact them and they say they will only swap for another size.
I thought this kind of practice was illegal in the UK

Wish I looked at reviews first. I ordered underwear and two leggings in early Jan and finally recieved the underwear in Feb. The leggings are still missing. The underwear are terrible. The seam goes right up the crack and the stitching is already pulling apart while still in the package. I emailed them about canceling the order when it wasn't moving, then emailed about returns and have gotten no responses. I'll try to file a report through my credit card.

Wish I had read the reviews 1st! Don't do it!! $144 for 3 pair of leggings that are not sized correctly at all and are too thin. I wear a medium in every other brand and these are extremely tight and dig into you at all seams and can see right thru them. Of course being excited about them I washed them all right away to wear to put away and to wear so no refund for me with out tags and original packing. Very disappointed to have just thrown that money away.

This company is a nightmare to work with. My girlfriend’s leggings were too small once they arrived, so I asked for a return label. The company repeatable sent me a link to their website homepage to buy more leggings, and their return policy simply has you email the same people who send you the website homepage page. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
