I’ve been buying their bamboo sheets for over 1 year and I’ve always loved it. However the thread on one of the pillowcases from the last set I bought started coming of on the first wash. Second wash just was enough for it to come apart. I got in touch with them and their amazing customer service team was very attentive and sent me a new pillow case, Amazing company and customer service team.

If you’re advertising a quality product it needs to be quality

Bamboo sheets were very low quality and too small for the bed size I purchased. One corner of the fitted sheet ripped when I tried to make it fit. Absolute crap.

I ordered a midnight blue/silver doona cover and a silver sheet set and the silver colours were remarkably different. The silver in the doona was more of a beige colour. I reported this to the company and although they said they appreciated the feedback they offered no solution to the problem of my unmatched bedding saying the whilst the colours weren’t an exact match they were “similar”.

I purchased the high thread count organic bamboo sheets from this online store and followed all care instructions exactly. After the first wash, the texture changed significantly and became uncomfortable to use. They were rough and itchy. They have also shrunk significantly, to the point where they no longer fit the bed.

When I contacted the company, I was told the issue was due to washing and drying rather than a manufacturing fault. No resolution or goodwill gesture was offered. The response felt dismissive and placed the responsibility on me despite the care taken to follow their instructions.

I was advised to keep washing the sheets in the hope they might soften over time which was disappointing and unhelpful. This certainly will not help the shrinkage issue either.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to those who value quality products and respectful customer service.

Purchased two "100% Organic Bamboo Extra Deep 50cm - Fitted Sheet" Received them and immediately smelled strong solvent/plastic fumes. This persisted even after airing out. This goes against what they advertise on their website. And what is their response when you email? Well, they are one of those stingy small sellers you best avoid - they offset the blame entirely, say their product is top-notch and that you need to pay postage yourself to return it. Yikes - what a way to put your best foot forward with your customers.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC - great product and INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! I ordered some bamboo sheets and a bamboo mattress topper for myself. I then ordered some for my mum for Xmas. When I told her, she said she had already bought some. I contacted Pure Zone to cancel my order and got an immediate answer from Gem. She couldn't have been more helpful and personable - such a breath of fresh air. Will always be buying from Pure Zone.

Their products are cheap AF garbage. $300 plus on 2 sheet sets and a quilt cover. Sheet sets have been in rotation for just over 2 months now. Full of holes. I love bamboo but this is garbage fabric. This is another one of those borderline scam companies making big bucks off of big promises and terrible products. May as well have the "AS SEEN ON TV" logo on it. That's what I get for trusting any company advertising in a youtube short or google feed.

2 purple throws had extreme colour run! A white towel was thrown in wash with them accidentally and emerged purple. The colour after washing has also dulled considerably due to loss of dye. Terrible experience. Made in India with inferior inputs!

Beautiful bamboo sheets, just ordered some more on sale, great prompt customer service when I made an error on my order. These sheets wash well and don't go all crinkly.

Doona quickly started shedding A LOT of fluff inside doona cover. Contacted Pure Zone who refused to acknowledge the problem! A dodgy product and astonishingly poor customer service!

Made several mistakes on my order, went into head office and they were incredibly helpful (staff member Gem in particular). Very glad i went in and was able to try things on because i probably wouldve ordered the wrong thing again. Was a weird situation but they handled it great, A+. Also the bamboo is so nice.

After many emails no resolution with this company and they seem to just want to get you to jump through loops and waste your time. Not genuine about helping you with the problem. I found this on many occasions through trying to resolve my issues with their products.

Absolutely ridiculous experience with PureZone. The delivery took so long that I decided to cancel my order before it even arrived. Despite the company claiming to be based in Melbourne (where we live), it’s clear that shipments are not coming from a local warehouse. At this point, I suspect the products are being sent from China.

After a long and frustrating back-and-forth with customer service, my cancellation was finally processed. However, I have now been waiting for over five weeks for my refund, and there’s still no sign of it.

Their customer service is an absolute joke, and I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Be prepared to wait a few weeks for your order to arrive. The quality seems ok just by looking and feeling the sheets, so I hope they last as least as long as normal sheets. Nice colours.

I was surprised how great the quality was. The sheets were so soft and comfortable to sleep in. Or should I say luxurious. I also got some bath towels that I am really happy with.

After purchasing a bath robe as a charismas present, it arrived with large holes in the seems of the arm and side of the robe. I contacted customer service and requested a new robe be sent so i could still give the gift on Xmas day. The company refused and said they were allowed to fix the robe. Initially the company expected me to go and get it fixed and provide them with the receipt. I said no that it was their responsibility. Even though they agreed to pay the postage- which i have not yet received, i still had to organise the return of the robe the week before xmas and i am still waiting for it to be returned. I had to also explain to the person that the gift was for that they now need to wait for it to be fixed. I personally think this is appalling and suggest others think twice before supporting this company. Who purchases an item/gift and then has to wait for it to be fixed? This is not the first time this company has failed to provide good customer service.
Update.
Upon the return of the gown we noticed that there are still holes in the arm sleeves so the gown was NOT fixed as promised. This is the worse gift I have ever purchased !!!!

Thought they were good quality especially for the price paid however the sewing and seams are pretty bad and buttons have been coming off. Definitely not what we expected for the price paid after only 3 months.
