Great Service
Came quickly but packaging was damaged but garment was fine. Great colour we bought a medium bit seemed shorter at back than front. Next time we'll order the larger size

Great experience
Great communication and lovely products . I ordered some rainbow cups and saucers . The cups were a little smaller than expected but looked beautiful when matched with the teapot , sugar bowl and milk jug .

Had an issue with the delivery which resulted in Royal Mail not delivering
I emailed Purity as soon as I realised the issue, explained, and they dispatched another order immediately which arrived the next day
