I ordered a hat, it was the wrong size. I discussed it on the phone with Purity, agreed the new size and they had one that fitted to me within days.

Baha hoodie. Well made product. Measured myself and was at a medium. Decided to go for large due to other items ordered elsewhere have usually fitted better by going a size up and glad I did. Only gave 4 stars as item was packaged in brown paper and package had a large tear in it when picked up from RM collection office. Would definitely recommend anyone looking at one of these to buy one.

Thank you for the review. It's the first report we have had of the paper mailer envelopers getting torn. We switched to them as part of our aim to go plastic free, and generally they have been a success - even though they are a lot more expensive :-(

Lovely hoodie vibrant colours
Lovely hoodie vibrant colours and true to size. It looks like it is well made, it’s comfortable as the inside is brushed, my only down side was that when I first put it on I ended up covered in fluff, so a hang on a windy washing line and a lint roller seems to have sorted that out. All in all I’m happy with this top, the delivery from the company was quick and I liked their ethics.
