I ordered the silvervine sticks in November of last year. They never arrived. I have contacted the company multiple times and the first time they told me they couldn’t issue a refund until their carrier reported it lost. Asked me to wait a couple more weeks. I did. It never arrived. I have written them at least two more times since then and no one will respond. This company is a scam! Do not order!

Purriq advertised on Facebook that cats love their Silvervine chew toys. They offered a money back guarantee within so many days so I placed an order. I received my order pretty quickly but my cat showed no interest in the Silvervine chew toys. None whatsoever. I immediately contacted Purriq and they told me I could not get a refund because I had opened the toy. I explained that I had only opened one (they came individually wrapped) and that I wanted a refund for the unopened ones. They were slow to respond but told me they could offer me a 25% refund because of some sort of malarkey about it being better for the environment not to have to return them. I told them I wanted a full refund and that I needed an address to return the Silvervine to. After a delay they offered me a 50% refund, which I again declined. I again asked for the return address and have heard nothing since, which has been several days ago now. This company is a scam and I encourage you not to do business with them. They are dishonest and I feel I am being generous by giving them a 1-star review. Buyer beware.
