I ordered my puzzle on the 12th, Nov, now 18th, gave me a tracking reference which shows no movement to date. 3 tries to get a response from the company as to why, all ignored.

Ordered puzzles for my mum who is elderly and doing smaller puzzles now. Wasn’t sure but ordered 2 to see what they were like. These puzzles are great! I recently ordered some jigsaws but noticed I had made a mistake when I got the confirmation email for them. I sent them a message to say which jigsaws I actually wanted and they amended it.
So pleased this could be sorted simply with no fuss. Great service.

I didn't find the PG site the easiest to navigate to the artist whose style I usually appreciate, but when I eventually found three titles of his work that we have not assembled previously, I willingly purchased all three. We will enjoy them during the Winter holiday period.

Delivery was really fast.

I love their website and was able to find many Ravensburger puzzles not available in the U.S. Unfortunately, the puzzles were poorly packed, in a box that was not as sturdy as it should have been, with scant taping and no packing material for the empty spaces. Four of the 7 puzzle boxes were severely damaged. As a caveat I paid $97 U.S. for shipping. I contacted the company and they responded promptly and issued me a $97 credit to my account. Excellent resolution to the problem.
