Purchased a few pieces on their website found the price were changing during adding to cart when choosing pieces and at cart hadn’t got email I m meant to see and add an code at checkout then saw I had earnt free shipping but afterwards see $120 AUD shipping .No customer service to cancel order just sorry it’s unacceptable and deceiving Don’t advertise free shipping when there isn’t .No further interest in this ordinary sales machine and poorest customer service

So surprised by the negative customer reviews. I bought their Total Transformation bundle. Received the equipment, and it is very, very high quality. The video library, including live stream classes, is extensive and offers literally thousands of classes of all lengths with a range of focuses and goals, with and without equipment,. Fantastic instructors. Every time I have had an issue, it has been resolved within 24 hours. They have an initial AI agent who gets information from you and provides simple answers. After that, it is turned over to REAL people, who not only respond, but follow up until questions are answered. 18 months after purchase I was still able to redeem the TTB package offer of a 15 minute consultation with a trainer - and she has even kept in contact with me. I am in no way affiliated with the company but I am a 100% satisfied customers who is also seeing great results from working out at home using their equipment and videos.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company’s auto subscription is nothing more than a scam. Not cheap either, I found myself talking to AI Bots as customer service. Highly frustrating business practices. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased this product from Australia, guys if you have any doubts about the product or the the workout DO NOT BUY IT, this company DOESN'T ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, can you believe it? This company has gut to offer their products worldwide with hefty international FedEx shipping which is bit express by the way. And DOESN'T COMPLY WITH YOUR COUNTRY LAW AND CONSUMER PROTECTION. Do yourself a favour and search for similar equipment you can find equipment offering the similar benefits for fraction of the orice. The mat is the biggest scam. Honestly it is designed to milk the money advertising something it is not, it is for retards they can not follow instructions watching videos.
The biggest disappointment is the customer service they will not bend for you an a half inch if anything they would rather drill a hole in their knee than give you a refund for a new unopened equipment oh wait half unopened equipment because my order came packed in thinnest cheapest box they found not even sealed don't bother its all Jennifer Aniston driving sales in.

I purchased the full Pvolve equipment bundle on October 29, 2025 (Order No. 693411) for $616.36. At the time of purchase, it was clearly communicated that this bundle included a complimentary 3-month membership, which was reflected as a discount on my receipt. Based on that, I understood the membership to be a limited promotional offer.

Shortly after receiving the equipment, I experienced lower back pain and did not end up using the program. What was not made clear at the time of purchase was that I would be automatically enrolled in an ongoing subscription and charged on a recurring basis after the initial three months.

I have since been charged $67.47 on January 29, 2026 and again on April 29, 2026 without realizing I had been enrolled in a continuing membership. Had this been clearly disclosed, I would not have agreed to it.

I did reach out to customer support on their help email and received a response very quickly from an AI assistant named Ava who made sure that I was aware that by purchasing their bundle, I had automatically signed up. Respectfully, that does not align with my understanding of the offer at the time of purchase, and the enrollment process was not sufficiently transparent, and in my eyes incredibly deceptive. Ava, the AI assistant did escalate my complaint and then I heard from Ivy. I do believe Ivy may have been human, but I honestly question that in these times.

Ivy assured me that my subscription was cancelled and that I can't get any refund on charges for the subscription.

I did write back and thanked her for cancelling my subscription and added that I felt that their practice was somewhat deceptive, but I did appreciate her cancelling the membership. I then saw an additional email wherein they indicate they are refunding $67.47, which I assume would be the charge for today, 4/29/2026. They did not refund me for January. So essentially, I didn't receive any discount when all was said and done, and I can live with that.

This is really to just make people aware, that although the exercise regimen is probably great, their practice of getting you into their classes and then paying for them perpetually is incredibly deceptive. I do give them an additional star for ensuring that they cancelled my subscription and one more star for refunding me one of the charges.
