extremely poor company, website design is poor, you can never get in touch with anyone from their customer service via chat or email and they have no telephone number either, the worst of it is I signed up because of their bonus which I haven't been able to use despite the bonus appearing on my account. stay far away from this fraud of a bookies.

Our email support is available 24/7 though we don't have a phone support and chat was not 24/7 we still respond to all queries within 24 hours timeframe. As for the website, there are a lot of factors that could affect the performance of the website. In order to address this properly, you can contact our email support which is available 24/7.

The worst betting company I have ever used. Advertised a matched 100% deposit free bet but it was not credited. When contacted they suggested withdrawing the deposit and depositing again but unable to withdraw without sending a ridiculous amount of personal information. Do not use unless you want endless admin.

During this times, we had issue with automatic issuance of the bonus but that has been resolved way back March. As for the issue, we asked to withdraw the initial deposit then redeposit again to make sure that you'll be able to claim your bonus. But again, we are pleased to inform you that this was just a temporary issue and we are sorry that you've been affected by the issue. While our verification requirements passed the industry standard and the same across other bookies.

UPDATE: During withdrawal process they will ask you for all different, strange kind of things which literally NONE of the BOOKIES ever asks for, not a single reputable one and im signed up to dozens of them.Its almost laughable.
And NO, its not their legal obligation to do that. No bookmakers do things they do to verify you. Interested ? Try :)
At one point one thinks they are going to ask you for your stool sample to verify your DNA....but no... not yet ! :)

First company to tell me, that I need to send a photo of my identification with my face next to the ID. Plus on top of that, statement from my bank is required. There are no other bookies, that will ask to give away so many personal information. Makes you feel like a criminal at the police station. No, thank you.
