I found them to provide a good level of overall service. They got the job done, I am happy with the result and I believe that my payout was fair. With no experience of making previous claims, as far as i can tell, the process went smoothly - Happy customer.
If I had to identify one area that requires improvement I would say that telephone communications with the company were challenging at best as almost all staff I spoke to struggled to speak English. It's not the end of the world but you may need to ask them to repeat what it is they are trying to say several times during the conversation but you get there in the end.
