This was convenient to document when I was busy with a newborn, but creating and printing the book is a total scam. I had a book credit that "expired" but there was no expiration date originally listed. You cannot customize the book at all so it was SO many pages that it is going to be over $130 for the soft cover book. I would never recommend this to a friend.

Got this to document my pregnancy. Found out printing the book for my baby would cost over $100 after already paying subscription fee. Then purchased the PDF so I could print it myself. The pdf wasn't available for download and I contacted customer service. They didn’t help me or refund my money. Then I got an email that if I wanted to keep my memories safe that I needed to pay 9.99 a month. Scam from beginning to end.

I really wanted to try Queepsake. However, I unsubscribed for financial reasons. Even after I unsubscribed, I was unable to remove my credit card. I deleted my account and they still attempted to charge me. I had to call my bank and get a new card. Now I don't want to re-signup as I don't trust them.

What a wonderful company!!! We lost our home in the Lahaina wildfires and everything in it. They reprinted my books and gifted them to us. It means so much to us! We are so grateful to have these! Thank You Qeepsake!!❤️❤️❤️

My sister joined Qeepsake several years ago when her son was 2 or 3. Sadly, she died this past year of cancer before she was able to finish and order her book. I contacted Qeepsake asking to have access to her account and book so that I could finish and edit it and order a copy for her now 8 year old son. They responded immediately, and with such compassion, it blew me away! They not only gave me access to her account, they gave me a free two week membership so that I could do a vinal edit and place the order (her membership had expired since her death), and they gave me a code to order two free books, one for her son and one for myself. I can't say enough positive things about Qeepsake, and Freddy Munoz, the rep I communicated with. The quality of both the hard cover and soft cover books is just beautiful and we will treasure these memories forever. Thank you Qeepsake!

I am a paying customer and have a membership. The app has been easy to navigate and I love how easy it is to add a journal entry. I would rate this product 5 stars...My problem is, I can't order my book! Every time I try to order a book, their website crashes. I've tried multiple computers and browsers (safari, chrome, edge) without any luck. Communication is terrible! I can't get ahold of anyone! I've tried calling the only phone number I can find multiple times and left a voicemail message. I've submitted a help request more than once and no one has returned my calls or emails. I wonder if they are still in business? It is so frustrating!

Cool idea. But my book that I'm about to print is going to cost about $300. That's not including the membership/subscription fee. I'm going to have to suck it up and pay it because I've been working on this book for so long. Next time I'm using Mixbook or Shutterfly. I could have used that $300+ on something else..

As an expecting mother, Qeepsake has been a great tool to help capture this journey of pregnancy. I like the ease of texting in a response to the daily questions.

Qeepsake allows me to safely document my kid’s lives and remember all the cute things they do and say that I will forget. Each child gets a book documenting the previous year on their birthday. I can’t think of a better present we can give them. I also love that I can now get a PDF to save in case anything happens to the hard copies.

I like that I can text photos. I don't like that there isn't a "family" album, only albums with each person's name. I like that I can order books, but I would prefer a monthly mini book subscription instead of only fancier books.

Qeepsake is the most amazing discovery. I had been stressing about documenting my children since I never had time to sit down and work on a baby book. This app allows me to document and track EVERYTHING and I spend a lot of my spare time working on books. I just ordered my first books for my kids and I blown away by the quality! I tell everyone I know with kids about this app and the best part is being able to reproduce the books for any family that would like a copy. There are not words to describe how incredible this app is!!!

Love that I am prompted to write daily. And if I don’t, I can always open the app and add to any day I want to. This will be something my kids can look back on one day and absolutely love to experience.

I love the daily text messages. I also appreciate the fact that there's a website I can log in to and quickly type up responses on my normal laptop keyboard. I have been using the service since they started and although I haven't ordered a book yet, I love that it's easy to add new kiddos to the mix and there's no extra charge for the 10,000 babies I keep finding in my uterus.

I love that it gives me prompts for our everyday experiences. It is so great to look back on!

I love that I can use a quick text to save a keepsake memory book for my beloved daughter. Fast. Easy.

I wish the pictures were clearer in the books, but compared to the other companies I’ve tried, this is the easiest to use.

I absolutely love this app and the ease of creating a book! I've already ordered one and will be ordering my next one soon. The ease of inputting memories and pictures is so wonderful! The quality of the book is great, too. I took one star off only because the app has some glitches that make it frustrating at times. But it's not enough to be a "make or break" thing... just makes it slightly annoying. If the glitches were fixed, I would give it 5 stars!
