I had a great experience with Qiblatain for my Umrah. From start to finish, everything was well organized and smooth. The hotels were excellent and very comfortable, which made the journey even more peaceful and stress-free. During our Umrah, we were always able to reach the team whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which gave us so much reassurance.

Didn’t go with them for Umrah but they were responsive and answered all of my questions about the process. Which helped me as a revert. Price was a little bit steep but I can see that value justifies it.

I would like to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Al-Qiblatain Hajj and Umrah Company, which truly exceeded all expectations.

My Umrah trip took place from November 25 to December 6, with arrangements starting approximately three months in advance. From the very beginning, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, especially through brother Ali Hassan to whom I extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation.

Honestly and without any exaggeration, if there were more than five stars, I would gladly give them more. Brother Ali was extremely cooperative and patient, assisting me with hotel changes, ticket modifications, and every detail with great flexibility and professionalism.

We were a group of six people—my husband, children, and I traveling from the United States, and my parents coming from Algeria. Thanks to brother Ali’s excellent coordination, we all arrived on the same day and entered the Saudi airport at the same time. Everything was perfectly organized.

Hotels, transportation, scheduled visits in Makkah and Madinah, drivers, and even travel between Makkah and Madinah by train—everything ran precisely on time, down to the minute.

I truly say this with complete honesty: everything we planned before the trip happened exactly as arranged. No delays, no confusion—only professionalism, kindness, and excellent organization.

Allah is my witness that this experience was seamless and stress-free. And without a doubt, if I return for Umrah or Hajj in the future,InshaAllah I will absolutely choose Al-Qiblatain Company again.

I recently travelled for Umrah with this agency, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
First, they delayed the hotel booking in Makkah, and because of that the breakfast that was originally included in our package was cancelled. We were told we had to cover it ourselves even though we had paid the full amount long in advance. This was very frustrating and unprofessional.
Second, the hotel in Madinah was changed and the new hotel was extremely poor in quality, dirty, and nowhere near the standard we were promised. We couldn’t rest properly, and it genuinely affected our whole trip and our comfort during Umrah.
To be fair, the transportation service was the only thing they handled well. The buses and pickups were on time and organized.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in the hotel arrangements, especially considering we paid early and trusted their service. I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.
