Qin Printing was so responsive. They typically emailed back within 24 hours. They were patient with me as a first time publisher who was doing all the work herself. They walked me through everything. The product I received was beautiful. It met all my standards. I highly recommend working with them! I created an Oracle card deck, and it turned out just as I wanted it. Do plan for the 5 -7 for shipping. It was well worth the wait! Thank you for giving my vision life!

QinPrinting did an excellent job printing my Calendar & Zine — the colours, paper quality and final finish were all beautiful. Neon, my customer service rep, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress-free. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my books from QinPrinting. Neon was extremely professional and incredibly patient as I worked through the artwork process. They made sure everything was perfect before printing. The video of the finished book, before purchasing, gave me all the confidence I needed to proceed.
