I've been just about keeping my head above water, but since covid and the cost of living has gone crazy, it was out of control. I found QIS online and thought I'd give it a try to see if I can get help. That in it self is hard enough to do, I felt such a failure but they were really nice and made me feel so much better. I’m called and spoke to an amazingly helpful girl called Chelsea she made everything sound easy and the video links were a great help as I had no clue as to what I wanted to do. She was so understanding of my situation and honestly put my mind at ease. The time she took was brilliant, I can honestly say taking this IVA has made my life a lot easier and is so much more affordable.
I had my welcome call from Emma too and again explained everything incase I missed or wasn’t sure and expressed that if I needed anything to contact them via my portal or call them.
Honestly if your worrying please call it’s the best call your make.
