David did our snagging when we recently moved into our new home. He was very thorough, went through some findings in detail and compiled findings we didn’t even notice ourselves or things we wouldn’t have thought to ask. Very professional and the report was worth its weight in gold.

David, a polite and experienced QHC inspector, was prompt to arrive on the day and did a fantastic job looking minutely at our new build property in York. A very easy to understand and precise post-completion inspection report was prepared and sent across, which I was able to send as is to the developer for getting remedial work scheduled. All in all, I would highly recommend QHC and David to anyone purchasing a property. Don't go by people telling you to skip such inspections; as first time buyer are very very unlikely to pick up the issues an experienced inspector like David and QHC can.

Great service for David. We used his services for our new build at Robinson Fields and he went through everything with a fine tooth comb. The report he sent was very detailed with photographs of every snag, what was wrong and even better, what the builders need to do to resolve. Very professional and thorough service. Highly recommend

David is a very friendly person who provides a maticulous survey which is second to none ‘nothing is missed and he doesn’t hang around in telling the developers of mistakes and flaws in anything he is highly recommended and well worth every penny.

Found 152 defects including a major problem with the floor that I wouldn't have noticed until after the vinyl flooring had been installed at which point it would've been difficult to convince the builder they were responsible for putting it right. Well worth the money and highly recommended

David was very thorough and noticed many issues that I would never have been aware of as well as providing invaluable advice. His report arrived very promptly and was set out in a way as to explain the snags to the layman as well as the builder. Buying a newbuild is obviously very daunting and his service gave me a lot of peace of mind - would thoroughly recommend.

David recently carried out a report on our new build home in Easingwold, N.Yorks. He was able to visit our house almost straight away and we had received the full report back to present to the house builder within 24 hours.

David's clearly a very knowledgeable professional and was able to spot faults that i would never have realised were incorrect. It was certainly money well spent. A faultless service from start to finish.

We had David from QHC do a snagging report for us he was prompt and went through our house picking up issues we hadn’t noticed. Luckily for us we had no major issues and most of our snagging was cosmetic.
David did do a thorough report and sent a PDF the same day which was forwarded to the builder and they are working their way through it as we speak.

We used David’s services about 2 months ago, as first time buyers we didn’t really know what we were looking for so wanted some assistance. We were in communication for a few months before we were due to move in and David was great at answering any questions we had, and was really flexible when our completion date got brought forward.
