Great service, spent a lot of time ensuring I got exactly what I wanted, came with a great price for top quality work, once collected they gave a tour of the facility and made every step seem premium to the utmost extent.

Lovely process throughout. We had the chance to take our time and find the perfect ring.

Overall a wonderful experience, it was very easy to secure appointments, during which the staff were excellent and provided answers to all questions. They have an excellent skilled team who crafted my engagement ring to perfect specifications. My fiance loved it!

The service was incredible from start to finish. It was very easy exploring the different kinds of stones that I was looking for. Very easy to come up with a design, approve the design and get it made. I just had to visit the place thrice. I would say it was completely hassle-free. Exceptional quality.

We had the superb pleasure to treat ourselves with wedding rings from these guys. The amount of craft they put into their products is unmet and customer service they are providing I wish could be taken as an example by everyone even those nationally owned services. By far the best place to buy an engagement ring, the staff really listen to what you want and help you find the perfect piece! I was fortunate enough to have Eddi Norris help me and he made the entire experience fantastic. From showing me around the workshop and how they make and set the rings to showing me how to inspect diamonds, Eddi really made me feel even more confident in the ring I chose. Having been to all the other hundreds of jewellers in Hatton Garden I can say for certain that Queensmith is definitely best!

Adele made the journey of making bespoke engagement ring a pleasant one. I had a cold feet here and there and Adele was patient enough to explore my most out of the box idea (though we went for the original one since the one the team designed was so pretty as it was). You’ll be guided through all the ring making process, from design to the actual crafting. If you’re lucky you’ll even have a chance to visit the workshop and see other rings being worked on!

Needless to say, she said yes and very much loves the ring.
