I have known Eugene Wittstock for many years - long before Quest was founded. Bill Revoir was the first company representative I met. Eugene and Bill each impressed me with their intellect, knowledge and character.
They have been generous with their time in educating me about my financial stage in life. Right away, I benefitted by following their retirement advice. I was poised to make a big mistake, but Eugene and Bill provided educated guidance.
Recently, a unique fixed annuity opportunity presented itself. I learned both Eugene and Bill worked non-stop for, perhaps, six weeks to ensure their clients could each realize a significant long-term financial benefit.
Initially, when I was deciding to entrust Quest with my retirement lifeblood, I challenged both men on their leadership succession plan for the company. I joined Quest Financial before I retired. I was with another firm that was not as caring as Quest. From day 1 I could always call them and address what concerns I had about my account. They would pull my portfolio and address my concerns. If they are not able to answer everything in that 1 call I would get a call within 24 hours. They now beat me in addressing my concerns with updated podcast addressing current situation going on in the world to reassure you what actions they are taking to make sure you are are aware of what is happening with your funds when the worldly market is not doing great. They also give directions on how to reallocate your funds in your 401K. My sister who introduced me to Quest use to saw Eugene the founder of the company was like your dad. He made sure he took care of all his children okay clients, keeping them on the discipline track saving funds for their retirement. He also made sure you understood the reason behind the decision being made and he listened to your concerns as well. His team he hired at Quest he makes sure they have that same attitude.
