We have used Quickblox in our iOS, Android apps and web sites for years (enterprise version). We served nearly 2 million users and in general we had no problems with the service. All the problems that we faced was solved by the Quickblox team quickly so we thank them. Overall a good experience, highly recommend.

Service failed continually. Messages disappeared. Continued to charge me for a faulty service.
Think a "fair use" policy means they can charge clients for a non-working/faulty service.

Wouldnt reccomment to my enemies

We had some issues with their SDK, we contacted the support and not only they provided us a working solution, but they updated their SDK with the fixes. Overall a great experience!

I needed to create a secure corporate messenger for a big company. With QuickBlox, I managed to create a chatting & calling system and to easily integrate it into the customer’s ERP system. I appreciated clear documentation and managed to do everything 3 weeks.

I used QuickBlox ReactNative sdk for my small business. my coding skills are limited and i didn’t have enough costs to hire a professional developer. So, I needed a tool that didn’t require strong dev knowledge. Great that I found Quickblox, since it was really simple to understand their guidelines and to add chat to my online shop.

They are a good company and had a quick support.

Horrible and cheaters. They promised a price that is listed on their website and once you sign up, implement the chat, they ll ask you to pay more. When I signed up at that time the website says that 35K users for 49 USD. After a few weeks, they came back and said we updated our pricing and you have to pay more. You cannot change what you promise on sign up.

I’m working for QuickBlox for some 11 months and I can't find any reason for complaint. Every day brings interesting and challenging tasks that benefit both the company and my professional growth. I find it great to have flexible working hours and a chance to switch between the offices.
It’s actually not the first time I work for QuickBlox. In 2013-2014, when the product was in its early stage, I worked as a Junior Android Developer. Had to quit, though, for some time but when I got back, I found the company growing and getting better from day to day. So now I'm glad to contribute to its development.

It's about a year since I came to QuickBlox team. Initially, I was very interested in the product and I wasn't disappointed afterwards as the number of versatile tasks are just racing up. The biggest advantage of the team and the company is its support and mentoring. I don't feel as if I am left alone on a deserted island among savages with no help from outside, and it's always important for a newcomer.
