Sometimes it is hard to explain quality through a website and over the phone but we always try to only stock top quality products and cheap and cheerful just causes to many issues when selling online. Sorry to hear this Daniel. Not sure if you have been on to our customer service support@quickcrop.com as they will sort this for you very quickly. It may be a simple issue that can easily be solved. Looking at your order it went out the next day so no reason why it wouldn't have been delivered so my apologies for this. We will investigate straight away and get back to you. Quickcrop are my go to website for a lot of gardening products and Andrew's newsletter on growing vegetables is very helpful.
My only issues have been with some deliveries e.g. so well packed that twice I couldn't find small items and thought they were not delivered which meant time spent on emails going back and forth and an item going astray.
However Quickcrop were very good at getting these things sorted for me and because of this I will buy from them again.

Quick delivery as described. Product was slightly damaged in transit ( looked like box had been dropped , but no fault of vendors), but was OK once assembled.

Excellent company, but take a look at offering alternatives in a stock-out situation
Ordered some bulbs this year which were shown as available but weren't available when it came to shipping. Fair enough, that happens but would have expected to be offered some alternatives. Other than that and something similar with asparagus a few years ago, everything else about Quickcrop is excellent! The range of products, the delivery, packaging, online advice etc keeps me coming back a few times a year.

I placed this order on 18 June and was…
I placed this order on 18 June and was told delivery in 3-5 working days. I followed up by e-mail twice and was told "sorry, we'll contact you when it dispatches.
14 days after I ordered it I was asked to complete this review to say whether I was happy with my order. I STILL have not received my order. I would love to tell you what I think of it if you would just deliver it to me.
On an aside, I ordered a similar product from Amazon and received it in 72 hours. But I was trying to use an Irish company this time.
Really not good enough - no delivery after 14 days and no follow up by e-mail from the company.
