I was delighted with the product and…
I was delighted with the product and the instruction video. Pity the courier let youndown a bit. However the company did respond super quickly to my email about it and were very apologetic.
Overall I would definitely buy from them again.
Looking forward to enjoying loads of compost from my new composter!

We have ordered so many things from Quick Crop, from seeds to Veg Trugs to plants, and we have always been thrilled with the result. At the moment our greenhouse is filled with vegetables and our gardens full of flowers thanks to Quick Crop. The quality and service is excellent.

I've used this companies compost mixes…
I've used this companies compost mixes before and I'm glad to see the quality is still excellent. Although it took two weeks to arrive it was worth the wait. Staff are very friendly.

It's been 2 weeks and we still haven't…
It's been 2 weeks and we still haven't received our product to Dublin nor refund. We got order from Polish gardening centre in 2 weeks which was made at the same time and not from Sligo, Ireland. This is just bad. You won't get such service in Poland, if item is not delivered they send another one.

Beata so sorry that you have had this poor experience with us. Unfortunately our couriers for your parcel only emailed us in the middle of last week to show us that your parcel had been damaged in transit with paint spilling from another parcel all over it. It arrived back in our warehouse on Friday and we have a new parcel going out with a different courier today. I am really really sorry about this. It is rare but sometimes damages happen in transit but we will have this with you tomorrow and thank you for your patience

Thank you so much for your Review. We now have plastic in our warehouse down by 85% in the last 2 years however i am afraid when transporting liquids we have to clingfilm them just in case they get a knock in transport. Most couriers won't take liquids but they will if we do this. We are looking at other options and hope to have a solution to this soon

Plants arrived in very good condition…
Plants arrived in very good condition and the packaging was intact and with lovely eco friendly straw protection. Only blip was that I was surprised to see that the plants were quite small. However, I may have to take some of the blame, perhaps I overlooked the pot size when placing the order. Otherwise a good experience.

De hotbin werd netjes afgeleverd. De bijbehorende plint is echter te groot. De hotbin is 44 cm, terwijl de plint 55 cm is. 10 cm te groot.
Deze wil ik dus retour zenden.

Im dropping one star because i still…
Im dropping one star because i still haven't recieved my parcel. It is not the fault of Quickcrop. The Courier service they use (Fastway) has tried to deliver my parcel but I was not available. I have arranged an alternative way for Fastway to deliver but I still have not received the parcel and no further communication from Fastway.

I ordered a veg trug from Quickcrop. It was delivered within the timeframe stated.
The price charged for the trug was much lower than other companies.
The assembly instructions were clear.
The veg trug looks good and functions as an easily accessible herb bed.
