Misleading availability and unusable account credit
I created an account because QuickSRV advertised very cheap VPS plans as available. After registering, I deposited €10 into my account so I could order one of these VPS packages.
Only after adding money to my account did I discover that the VPS options I wanted were completely sold out/unavailable. As a result, I now have €10 sitting in my QuickSRV balance that I cannot use for the service I originally signed up for.
What makes this especially frustrating is that the public website still gives the impression that these VPS plans are available and can be ordered. There was no clear warning before depositing money that stock was unavailable.
If a product is out of stock, this should be made very clear before customers are asked to fund their account. Customers should not have to deposit money first and only afterwards discover that the advertised service cannot actually be purchased.
I have not received or used any VPS service, so I expect the unused €10 balance to be refunded to my original payment method.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend checking actual availability with QuickSRV before depositing any money into your account.
