I worked primarily with Emile, about whom I had previously read glowing reviews. She was remarkably patient with my many changes and corrections, keeping me informed of progress at every point and remaining calm in the face of my endless (and needless) anxiety. Emile, Harry and the rest of the gang were always ready with new ideas while respecting my vision of the project. We are now at the promotional stage, and I’m very enthused about their plans.

I was very pleased with the publishing of my book with KDP publishing. The files of my illustrations that I sent were not all the same size and the colouring was not consistent. Sam Miller, the contact person on my team, was very helpful in advising me so I would end up with a book of really good quality. He was available to answer all my questions usually the same day I asked. The only draw back was that I live in Canada and I hadn’t realized when I first started I was dealing with an American company. So though the price was reasonable it just happened to be a bit more than I had anticipated. But overall my experience with kdp publishing was very satisfying.
