I’ve really enjoyed living at Ferrum
I’ve really enjoyed living at Ferrum! The apartments are super comfortable with great modern facilities. The entire team is friendly, responsive, and supportive. A special thanks to the maintenance team and especially Karol!!! He’s incredibly professional, kind, and always takes even the smallest request seriously. As the first place I rented after moving to London, I feel so lucky to have started my journey here.
Highly recommended!

Really Happy to be living at Ferrum
Really happy to be living at Ferrum. It’s my first time living in London and I feel very lucky to have found such a nice place. The building is modern, the facilities are great, and everything feels really well looked after. Also mention Luca, Karol and the whole Ferrum team, who are always friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we need anything. They’ve made settling into London much easier for us. Would definitely recommend!

Best Maintenance Team!
Quintain in general is quite good, but at Ferrum I have to highlight the quality service of the maintenance team led by Lucian. Lucian manages the best team in the business, he is always very fast and responsive in every request supported by his very skilled team of engineers. I can confirm they have solved all my requests in a efficient and quick way. Super friendly and really recomends their services!

Amazing and safe place to live in London
Good morning! My family and I moved from Oxford to this wonderful apartment. The staff here make us feel safe and well-cared-for; the maintenance team helps with everything—from the moment I arrived to simple tasks like changing a lightbulb. I’d like to mention Lucian, Andrea, Karol, and Hugo, who are always efficient and cheerful, and respond very quickly whenever I need something. I also want to mention the wonderful receptionists; they are cordial and efficient. I’ve felt safe and happy living here for almost a year!

Very good experience live here.
This is a great property, especially thanks to the maintenance team led by Lucian. They truly work around the clock, always ready to help whenever needed, and are consistently polite and professional. The resident team and other staff members are wonderful as well.
