Excellent quality iPhone SE3, prompt delivery, well packaged for shipping. Only qualm is that the phone was not supplied in any sort of presentation box, whereas one purchased 2 years ago was in a nice Qwikfone box. Otherwise, all highly recommended, and my go-to for refurbished phones!!

Great service and high quality phones
I've used QwikFone twice now. They are reliable with great customer service. I like the fact they only sell great quality refurbished phones so you don't need to worry about whether the phone will be 'good' enough or not. Both phones I've bought are great and I would definitely use them again. I would thoroughly recommend QuikFone.

5 stars for customer service, but...
I give 5 stars for customer service - easy to get through, helpful, prompt remedy (assuming my refund DOES eventually appear within 5-10 days)....
Sadly 1 star for the mobile phone I was sent, as it had a defunct battery - arriving with 1% charge should have run warning bells, but if was only after charging it to 80% and then migrating everything on my old phone that I discovered the battery simply wasn't holding charge - 4 hrs of setup and I needed to recharge. In the end I charged it twice to 100% and powered it down both times; the charge drained to zero in 24-26 hrs both times! Disappointing. But Qwikfone immediately arranged a free return, saying they didn't have another blue one in stock but could dispatch a black etc. Two days later, they received my return and had no phones left to complete the exchange! Mega disappointing. Refund arranged. Next day they have a white one in stock! Humph. Too late... as I'm not paying them for another phone while I'm still waiting for the first one to be refunded (why do refunds always take 5+ days when purchases go through in 5 minutes?!?!)
Moral of this story: charge a refurb phone on receipt, power down, and check charge in 24 hrs (should still be near 100%) before migrating data/apps!

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra advertised 'as new'. The phone came within a day and it was pristine - as new! The package did not have earphones as advertised. I sent an email and Qwkfone replied and apologised for the mistake and promised to send me the earphones immediately. All in all a first class experience. Well done Qwikfone.

Faulty product but good customer service
The company was good to deal with, quick delivery and responsive and friendly customer service. But unfortunately my 'Like New' iPhone 12 had several problems with it (camera flash and torch not working and battery draining within a few hours of light usage). The returns process was straightforward, but they did not have a replacement, and were unable to repair it so I had to opt for a full refund. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but nonetheless, I'd have thought their quality testing process should have picked up these significant issues before selling me the phone. For this reason, I personally wouldn't risk using this company again.

Superb phone as usual from QwikFone
Superb phone as usual from QwikFone. I have now purchased 4 phones from QwikFone and each and every one has been "like new".
They have all had excellent battery health and been in superb condition.

I was sold a phone that was locked to an organisation. It was a massive waste of time and hugely disappointing. None the less because the whole thing was dodgy. On the plus side, they processed a refund quite quickly once I sent the phone back and were very apologetic. I am not surprised!!!!!

Phones came in Retail Demo Mode.
They sent me a Google Pixel 6 that was in great condition, but unusable because it was stuck in Retail Demo Mode. I'm not sure what that means about where they get their phones, but it's not a good look.
Against my better judgement I returned the phone and asked them to send a replacement, because I was pressed for time. Unbelievably the exact same thing happened again, despite the fact I asked them to double check before they sent it.
I returned it again and asked for a full refund, which I eventually got. The entire saga took just over 2 weeks from my first order, until the refund was issued; which was stressful and obviously I was without a new phone for that time.
I've given them a second star just because both returns were free and a relatively easy process. They didn't quibble about either one. But that's about as good as the experience got.
