Very disappointing and bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience. I paid an additional fee to have a song customized and delivered for a milestone anniversary celebration, but the song was never delivered. When I requested a refund, the management team did not respond, nor have I received my money back.
The customer service is extremely poor, with no proper communication regarding delays or updates on the promised delivery date or refund process. To date, I have still not received the amount owed to me.
