We engaged RAALC to file arbitration…
We engaged RAALC to file arbitration proceedings against Nakheel and paid AED 57,000 for services that were never performed. When we terminated the engagement in writing in October 2025, which the firm confirmed, they continued taking unauthorized actions on the file on October 21, 22, and 29, 2025, ignoring the termination entirely.
It does not stop there. RAALC also attempted to claim a 10% success fee on a Dubai Courts execution case (278/2022/1) that was registered in June 2022, two years before they were ever hired. They had nothing to do with that case and no basis to claim any fee related to it.
Most recently, we received notification from Dubai Courts that RAALC filed a power of attorney request on the case without any authorization or consent from the client, months after their mandate was terminated.
This firm collected fees for work never done, ignored a formal termination, and continued acting on a client’s legal matters without authority. If you are considering engaging RAALC, proceed with extreme caution
