Had to make a Trustpilot account just to leave this review because I truly have never received such good customer service before! Purchased a blue Peugeot 308 from Richard but had a small issue with the vehicle shortly after leaving the dealership. Called Richard and within 20 minutes he had driven down to us and guided us to a nearby garage to get the issue fixed immediately. Since it was late in the day, the part had to be delivered the following morning and we had commuted 3 hours to get to this dealership so he kindly booked us into a very nice hotel for the night (free of charge) and had the car fixed at the garage by midday the following day (free of charge). The car now runs perfectly and it was very clearly just one of those unpredictable issues that is very easily missed during servicing and maintenance checks. The entire time we felt assured that we would not be leaving with the car until it was absolutely perfect and in the best possible shape. Richard himself should be very proud of the service he provides as it is abundantly clear that this is more than just a business for him. Thank you so much for all the effort you went through to make us feel at ease in light of the situation and I will definitely be looking here first when I next need a new car. I would very highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car, you will be in great hands.

Richard could not be more accommodating. Gave us the car for 24 hours free of charge. This enabled us to get the car fully checked over and a quality test drive. He even taxed the car for us.

What a pleasant experience buying my car was. Richard was so helpful, answered all my questions with no waffle and totally pressure free. Richard picked myself and my wife up at Carlise train station in order to have a good test drive back to Annan. Got there, deal done, excellent service. He even followed up by texting to make sure we got home ok and I was still happy with my car.
