Very polite mechanic clean and tidy and very friendly

Easy to book online. Reminders sent and day before a text from Mechanic. On the day I was a text the time the mechanic would arrive. Arrived on time .
Mechanic arrived with an apprentice , which was great to see. Had a chat with them both prior to the car being serviced. A full explanation was given afterwards. Polite and courteous throughout.
Luke and his apprentice were brilliant. Thanks both.

Jack (8794) was a pleasure to have had service the car. I had a number of other queries about the car and he was more than happy to support with technical answers. Jack was really friendly, left the work area neat and tidy and made the whole process easy. Would book again.

So easy to book and the engineer, Jordan, kept me informed of his arrival so I knew exactly when he was coming. When he arrived he was friendly, polite and he just got on with doing the service without any fuss or bother. I love being able to have my car serviced at home - saving me time and money! Brilliant!

Arrived on time stated, quickly and efficiently carried out repairs. Very nice and polite young man from RAC carried out the job. Would 100% recommend.

Booked a mobile service yesterday morning for today. The mechanic kept in touch to give me an accurate ETA. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this service again. 10/10.

Another no show
First time I booked a brake replacement. Nobody turned up. No notification.

Got a 10% discount as RAC admitted finally it was their mistake.

Booked another appointment over the phone as it was the only way to get the discount (gave me a week to do this).

Again a no show. Apparently their system cancelled my booking without notification.

Was told the discount had now expired even though I booked within the timeframe given.

Poor customer service. Very poor experience

The mechanic contacted me and told me how long he world be and then rang to tell me he had finished his job and would be with me a lot earlier if it suited me. He was very polite and explained all he had done. I was highly impressed with his attitude and has made me happy to use your services again. 4/8/26. Sheila Viner

Had a guy named Adam come and service our car, he was super friendly, came on time and got the service done relatively quickly.
He gave me a clear breakdown of the minor issues to sort and what he had already worked fixed. He was super helpful and I'd definitely have the service done again

Ive had 2 of your workforce out first one yesterday for a breakdown and 2nd one today for a new battery both were very pleasant and helpful

So convenient and efficient! Was quoted more than twice the price by the Mini Dealers for full service, I would highly recommend RAC for value and reliability. Zak arrived on time, was polite and thorough. I live very rural so to have the service at home was a huge help and I was able to carry on working at home while the service was carried out within an hour.

Very good..to rely on a garage for service takes time,so a home service for me was excellent. No waiting for a call is not the same as at home when service was done,my car is already here to drive away..
