Jack, the RAC mobile mechanic, provided an excellent service. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my car by helping fix the battery on and my car, he explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road as soon as possible.

All good,nice chap who came, would have preferred an oil change instead of just a top up which I think is the integral part of a service, other than that I would have given five stars instead of four.

Great service on your own drive
Wonderful to have the battery replaced at home rather than take it to a garage. Also the test drive to clear all the errors on the dashboard; quite scary on an EV.
Good communication re the mechanic's arrival ontime.
