Having entered the fourth year of running ultra-distance cycling events I wanted to have a reviewing system in place that allowed participants to give their feedback and for us to learn what they thought - something that is vitally important for us as we develop and grow as well as providing future participants with a useful resource to refer to when making their own plans for events to take part in.

Racecheck provides all these things to us and having used it in 2023 I am delighted with the feedback and knowledge we have gained and am looking forward to seeing how this in turn helps our sales and future events develop in 2024 and beyond!

As a very new international Triathlon event, now in our 2nd year. It is vital to us to be able to allow previous and future athletes the opportunity to share their experience of how we do and what we have to offer not only on an operational bases as Race Crew, but also on the overall experience, destination, adventure and also cultural experience - Because that is what Ironman 70.3 Rwanda is all about and not just another 70.3 (Half/Middle Distance) Triathlon.

Racecheck is exactly that, as "trip advisor" for race/events. The communication and support from Racecheck has been brilliant and so detailed, from introduction to launch and on a periodical bases. They have shared ideas with us to improve and develop, but also supported us to be develop their service and platform. Obviously it will take time for us to build the reviews and develop the event, however not necessarily to please everyone, but certainly acknowledge.

As an event organiser it is fundamental to be able to monitor and track the likes of our marketing and campaign activation, so I would like to see someone like Ironman certainly on board the likes of Racecheck and their service across their Global Ironman cohort. Thereby a Win Win for everyone to be able to see the benefits of these aspects of Sports Events Business and promotion.

I've used racecheck over the last 12 months to gain taingible insights into my event and although to begin with you question I questioned the value in the platform, 12 months on I can't imagine running the event without it. Attracting new participants is key to any event to maximise bums on seats and this is one major weapon in our toolbox to do that.
