Be careful this scammer Rachel she now for tiktok l order a cup 4 week ago never got it shocking behaviour don't one messages was answer from her are email 0/10 no refund was give to me 🤔

I support small businesses so ordered a cup. After nearly 3 weeks nothing arrived so I emailed her. No reply. I commented on her live and she said she refunded which was lies. No cup no refund. She ignores you she is a scammer. Lucky I had proof and got the money back through my bank. She knew what she had done and tried to get away with it apparently this isn’t the first time. Avoid unless you want to lose your money

Avoid this lady I ordered two cups they both arrived broken with cat fur all inside of the cups and packaging when I contacted her she blocked me and refused to sort this out she’s very rude do don’t buy from her

So im new to rachels tik tok but I believe in supporting small businesses so I ordered a cup and theres barely any glitter its very transparent we just have a bit of glitter stuck to the top. I paid £19 for this . It could be a nice buisness if she put time and effort amd love into making the cups.

Come on trustpilot allow use to mark 0 stars still waiting to hear back from her from last year as she’s blocked me and not responding to her so called customer service email, now she bragging on cdwm on tt that she sells 15 cups a night so where is mine

I have been an active member of Rachel’s community for over 2 years. I have bought several cups (which to be honest was just to support her as the quality was questionable) I was looking on her page and made a comment about how her singing a particular song reminded me of my late father. She then blocked me. She has no compassion for others and is a selfish drop shipper. Do not buy her cups. Both her cups and character are not of good quality.

I received my cup on Saturday I am very pleased with it packed very well to my granddaughter going to love it thank you rachel

Rach did an amazing job with my cups and are truly beautiful.

No one deserves the hate and bad comments that she is getting. The poor girl is trying to make a living and people are just trying to destroy her.

There is room for everyone in the snowglobe community, no need for the hate.

99% of her decals are copy right and needs to be taken to trading standards

I would score 0 but unfortunately can only do 1 star! I ordered from holy cow customs (Rachel) my cup arrived not as described nor as it should look. The glitter doesn’t move and is stuck at the bottom and top of the cup with a huge gap in the middle.. can’t contact her due to being blocked and her mod was just as bad with her hostile attitude. So I’ve been spoken to like crap and left with an item fit for the bin

She constantly being rude on her live cats are all over the work surfaces where she makes cups the cups are poor quality glitter is clumpy avoid holly cow customs

I find it very concerning that there is no disclosure anywhere on the website or during the ordering process that these cups are made and packaged in a household that contains cats. This is important information for customers with allergies or sensitivities, and without transparency, people cannot make an informed decision before purchasing.

In addition to this, the way customer concerns are handled is troubling. I have personally witnessed customers being spoken to in a belittling and dismissive manner when raising genuine questions or issues. Concerns are often minimised, deflected, or reframed in a way that makes the customer feel at fault for raising them in the first place.

Rather than addressing feedback professionally, responses can feel rude and invalidating, which discourages customers from speaking up. This combination of poor transparency and unprofessional customer interaction has significantly reduced my trust in this business.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Swears and being absolutely rude . The cups stink of cat wee and also picks her nose and goes to toilet on live and doesn’t wash her hands. Very bad should be shut down. Also on benifts and claiming over £1000 a month sometimes weekly . Dont buy of this person as cups also very separated when she makes them

Ordered a cup she claimed i was a scammer and refused my order. Took my £17! Shes a scammer i have reported through bank for fraud get her taken down!.

Rachel doesn’t like to argue with “kids” but will bully that “kid” on a live infront of a few hundred people watching, laughing and mocking the girl for making a review video on how cheap and badly crafted Rachel’s cups are. Not to mention Rachel also neglects her animals— unfixed cats roaming around and jumping on her workbench (where the cups go btw)… & refuses to take a d*ing hamster with a tumour to the vet until her viewers start to get extremely upset. Do not buy from her.

bought a cup, for my daughter thinking she would have a great time being able to watch it be made and she can pick which colours, well how wrong was I! she is rude we was muted and the cats was all over the work space and the cup!! Disgusting. tried to tell her to cancel the cup but was muted by a mod. Not only was the cats alll over the cup but she was wiping her nose with her hand and then touching the cup!
luckily I took screenshots as she has a no returns policy! I email her numerous times no reply, I went in her live to ask and she blocked me. I ended up having to do a charge back through my bank, she then emailed me to say she was going to despute it because I hadn't made contact! I sent over the screen shots of the cup being made and I won the dispute.

she treats people like rubbish and the way she speaks about/to people is unbelievable!

please for the love of god DO NOT ORDER from her! she has changed her name so many times due to bad reviews.

Beautiful cup so pleased with it, fast delivery and packaged very securely. Will definitely be back for more!

Where is my money? I ordered 2 cups four weeks ago and was told I would get a refund the same day but after nine days still no refund. I emailed with a reminder about my refund and told my order cannot be found and now ignores all further emails. The cups are made live on TikTok so I tried there but I've been blocked for asking about my refund. I have now started a complaint with Shopify as this is unsatisfactory as a business.

Wish you had a no star option. This woman sent my cup out and did not resin the bottom so it leaked. When I emailed her she was so rude . Please avoid at all costs.
