Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The advert shows a mix of dampeners and states that a random dampener will be sent depending on availability. I cant see any notes on your order requesting heart dampeners but we can certainly swap these for you if you reach out to us and arrange an exchange or a refund if no longer required.

Everything went well but I missed small things...
Everything went well but I missed a lot of small things that would make this experience great. Like real information that detail what the title is about. And a real 48 hours shipping. And a basic cover for the racket. And a website that doesn't look unfinished.

Order not received! Terrible please avoid
Purchased a Padel racket 3 weeks ago, parcel was not delivered. When I queried this I was advised they would check with dpd and come back to me with an update within 48 hours. I received no update, I have sent numerous emails since and have had no reply at all. Just been simply ignored and I have now spent Nearly £200.00.
Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.

Great Product and Service
Emailed customer service re potential purchase and received a prompt helpful reply. Purchase went smoothly and delivery quickly of a Wilson RF 01 Pro well packaged and no issues. Would definitely recommend this company for anything tennis related. Thank you

I bought 2 rackets from Racket world…
I bought 2 rackets from Racket world one from racket world on eBay that was really good a really good product at a really good price with delivery within a couple of days & one from Racket world on line same good product same good price but the delivery took about 5 days. I’m a bit dissatisfied with that great head rackets though.

Thank you for your review. Your order was placed after our cut off point on Friday but it was dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. We do not ship out over a weekend im afraid.
