It was the worst experience, the trike I received is not working and have multiple issues, tried to contact the website via email , phone calls, chat and received no response at all.
Now I am stuck with a non working trike because I chose rack to door through shop which so far has the worst customer service.

Not resolved! Reached out on 4/29 and Kaylin responded back with a request for pictures , which I then sent back. After that, it has been radio silence . So I tried to chat , and I was like 400+ in queue. So I done made a phone call and was on hold. I ended that call, and surprisingly someone did call back from there due to my missed call which I appreciated. I assume somebody would be getting in contact with me fairly quickly , but nothing as of yet. All I need is a new screw for the front frame so that I can mount the fender and the headlight!

A screw inside of my left brake was bent when the bike arrived, so the brake doesn’t work. I’ve tried reaching out to you guys but I haven’t received a response and the telephone number on the website is a fake number, this company is a scam and I will not make another purchase. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau.

Trying to return purchase is broke and not getting a response

The product was damaged/defective. The seat did not fit into the location for the seat, looks like the pipe was bent. The hinge would not lock/close. We could not get customer service on the phone from racktodoor, or the manufacturer. We went through paypal for a refund, but we would have to pay to ship it back to the company, but it would cost more to ship it back than we paid for the bike which was $850. Whatever you do, do not purchase from this company. They are now on my do not purchase list. Also beware they have changed their name to "SeaCorners"

EBike delivery was fine and assembly fairly easy. One tire had a damaged rim defect and that tube blew up when airing up at the 15lb. mark. Unacceptable for a brand new bike.

My experience with this company was AWFUL ! I ordered 2 e-trikes , a total of 1,700.00 and got 1 bike delivered. Tried calling the company and got an individual that stated he is not the company, and has been getting calls for this company for about 2 weeks . He stated if I were to get to Rack & Door to let them know about this phone issue.. I emailed them at least 3 times and never got a response!! Finally called my bank and charged back 850.00 for the trike I never received. I would recommend not buying from this company, ever!! Absolutely NO Customer Service.

I sent a picture of a very scratched up part of the bike wheel and 2 emails. No response

The tricycle came to me missing an axel clip.
I purchased a replacement. Once installed, the power cable wraps around the mounting bar.
The tricycle does not work and I spent another $100 in parts and tools.

I emailed service to no response
The service number is disconnected
The company number has a voice mailbox that has not been set up.

Pleasantly surprised worked as advertised! Excellent purchase. Came fully charged and jumped my dead car immediately !

Communication is awful. Dont count on getting any emails back.

Great product, fast shipping

Customer service gave conflicting info 4 times will no provide shipping info ordered item on Dec 3 says delivered dec20 and zero help from this company to help find it. So disappointing too late to replace the item and no idea if I will get a refund because they say it was delivered

Don't remember what I bought

Great product and value. Love that I could afford to put drawers in my cabinets so easily!

The product is great so far. However, communications are a bit hit and miss. One order was cancelled and refunded with no explanation. I reordered at a slightly higher price and only received part of the order. That issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

The drawers were exactly what I was looking for! They are sturdy and work perfectly in my pantry.
